I purchased this product to help with pms symptoms such as cramps, breast tenderness, and heavy flow. It worked on the soreness and cramps, and maybe didn’t leave as bloated as usual but my flow got worse. One month I had two periods within 14 days. This supplement stimulates muscle contractions in the uterus leading to early bleeding. I’ve been menstruating for over a week now. I highly recommend this supplement if you are dealing with night sweats and hot flashes. My doctor wanted to put me on hormone therapy which I didn’t want to do. After a lot of research I came across Evening Primrose Oil. I thought why not give it a try? If you have acid reflux, BEWARE!
I have LPR, which is a form of acid reflux. I took one capsule since digestive issues was cited online. I was up ALL night with a sore throat and congestion (symptoms of LPR) and an still suffering this morning anytime I eat. MISERABLE. Was really hoping this could help with night sweats, but I'll keep those over this misery. 😭
