Used EAAC for years as a easily digestibe form of the nine essential amino acids. Your body gets these from protein food because your body cannot make them. These are in a supplement free form state. No, it does NOT contain B vitamins, only protein amino acids. I like that the AAs are sourced from AjiPure.

Cognitive problems
I had chemotherapy last year and noticed that I now had chemo brain. I am taking the amino acids as a way to combat the cognitive problems I encountered because of chemo and it definitely seems to be helping. Thank you.
