Total lifesaver!

Winter essential for me! Keeps my room comfortable and is super easy to use. Holds a good amount of water. Only weird thing is that essential oils come out way too strong. Still, happy with it overall!

Humidity sensor is useless

Manually, it works fine, but the humidity sensor is useless. Even in super dry conditions, it never kicks on automatically. Only worth it if you plan to run it manually.

Remote options are great

Works great, and the app makes it easy to control from anywhere. Cleaning is a bit tricky, and putting it back together takes a few tries, but overall, I like it!

Best humidifier I've used

If you live in a dry area, this is perfect. Sleep quality has improved so much! I always refill it from the top with a cup, so I haven't had any leaking issues. The nightlight isn't too bright either, which is nice.

Won't connect after summer

Used it last winter with no issues. Tried to reconnect to WiFi this year, and it just won't work. Customer support was useless,told me to repeat the same steps I'd already done multiple times.

Big issue for indoor air

My Ecobee tracks indoor air quality, and every time I run this humidifier, the air quality drops. Wish I knew about this issue before buying,creates more problems than it solves.

Auto feature is unreliable

Bought two,one works great, one doesn't. Have multiple hygrometers, and some say it's great, others don't. Definitely double-check if yours is accurate.

I received a different, lower quality and different brand of humidifier. It has no LED lights, no app control, a very oddly labeled and low quality remote. It’s clearly not the brand advertised and has no logo at all and doesn’t say “SUGIFT” on the box or item. Shocked to have ordered this $120! humidifier from Target and received this instead.

Works well, but smells weird

Everything is great except for one thing,the smell. Followed all the cleaning instructions, but it still has this weird, rotten odor. My other humidifier from the same brand doesn't have this problem.

Cleaning this is a nightmare

Humidifies well, but cleaning is impossible. Even swapping out the small filters didn't prevent buildup. Gave it away after two months.

Solid quality humidifier

Awesome humidifier! Love that I can control it with the app or Alexa. Keeps the humidity right where I need it, and it's super quiet. The cool and warm mist options are great, and I love using lavender or peppermint oil for a relaxing vibe. Covers a large area and totally worth it for the price!

Works super fast

Works great! The essential oil scent is super subtle but still there. Mists fast and strong. Only downside is I couldn't connect my phone to it, so I knocked off a star. Otherwise, very happy with it!
