Frida nebulizer
purchased the Frida Baby Ultra-Quiet Portable Nebulizer yesterday for my sick child, hoping for a reliable solution. Unfortunately, this product was a massive disappointment. The device worked for exactly 3 minutes before stopping. Based on the error code provided, the unit has a sensor-related manufacturing defect. It is completely unusable right out of the box. To use the device, I had to purchase a separate box of saline/liquid solution. Because the machine failed mid-use, that solution is now wasted and essentially "garbage." It is unacceptable for a medical product designed for children to have such poor quality control. Not only did the machine fail, but it also caused me to waste money on expensive consumables that cannot be recovered. I am seeking a full refund for both the nebulizer and the liquid solution purchased for its use.

Doesn't work with saline
This works great—when it works. But it does not work with saline. I get 3-10 puffs before the mist stops, I have to wipe the mesh to get it going again before the next 3-10 puffs. It works fine with Albuterol and Ipatropium. I took it on a week-long trip to an area that is sparsely populated and could not nebulize properly. After 90 minutes of trying to nebulize (it usually takes 15-20 max) I gave up.

I really really wished it worked because the short time I had it, it was amazing. I love how portable, quiet, and easy it was to use! I had 2 within 8 months and they both took a poop on me. Both with charging issues. It’ll turn on to tell me to charge it but won’t take or hold a charge. Sucks to think about possibly wasting money on another one because they aren’t cheap either.

We bought this as a portable option for my son that had chronic croup. The first one we bought worked the first try and then never again, so thinking it was a defect we had another . This worked maybe 3-4 times and then stopped working and would not turn on again, super disappointed for the price.

Worthless. Really disappointed.
It’s terrible. Worked well the first two times. Failed to work the next time I needed it. Luckily, I was home and used a different nebulizer. I wanted this product for travel but glad to learn it’s worthless at home than being away from home and my 3-yr-old son and I learning the hard way.

Love love love, except for one thing
We love this thing. My toddler has serious asthma and we need to use it very often. We love it so much, we have a back up. HOWEVER!!!! Tonight I had use it while the toddler was sleeping. There is no night mode! (Why not?!) The thing lights up like a disco ball and it's really hard to keep the kiddo sleeping while administering it.

On #2. Second one lasted 3 days. They both worked great and we could tell a difference in our 3 month olds congestion after use. They just don’t last very long. 3-5 days each.
