Absolutely terrible. Tried to turn it on it does nothing leak. No mist comes out.

quit working after cleaning, used for 2 nights and cleaned on the 3rd day as recommended & could not get it to work again. design is nice, light is nice

It leaked most of the water in a full tank. I secured the tank following the instructions, filled accordingly, and fitted the tank on the base. I turned it on and it was fine. I turned it off, stepped away for about 20 minutes, and the towel it sat on was completely soaked by the time I returned. The tank was almost empty. I’m trying again, because I really need it for my child tonight, and it’s not leaking so far, but I’m concerned based on reviews. I will be returning this.

Loved this when I first purchased. But after having it for 2 months (I wash it out every other day) it has a mildew/mold smell. No matter how much I clean it out the smell keeps getting worse and worse when using it. Really disappointed as I was using it for my baby. Would not recommend.

I should have paid closer attention to other reviews for this item. It leaks. Fill with water as instructed, place back on base and as base fills with water, it leaks. It comes out from the sides. We tried a couple of times and each time it leaked so badly. It also shuts off. Less than half hour i noticed no mist. I check it, it’s on, and it’s leaking and no mist. People that rate this as great i would love to know how they make it not leak? It’s being retuned immediately.

Started leaking and malfunctioned in less than a month

Bought this item a month ago and it does not work now. Only used a handful of times.

Love how easy this is to clean! We have been through many humidifiers with 3 kids and this one is by far the most simple design we have found. Totally worth it and will likely buy again.

Ordered this for same day delivery and I noticed the seal had been broken on the box. I opened the humidifier and it had been clearly used. I wouldn’t have minded but it was really dirty and the space where the water sits was filled with dust, lint, and hair.

Worked great for the first 2weeks that i used it. Was a great help with my sick toddlers…. then it barely worked even after cleaning it well. I ended up returning the item.

Does not work at all. Absolutely no water/ steam comes out.

The best humidifier. So easy to use and set up. My baby loves it & so do I!!

This gets mold so fast. All in the container and on the bottom. Even the mister attachment is full of mold and you can’t even clean that piece. Would not recommend and will be purchasing another brand.

I've had four of these - FOUR. And every single one of them has had the same issue where the plug has become loose and has overfilled. This has happened so many times that its ruined a nightstand and dresser. Don't buy this.

It worked 3 times and stopped working.

Based on other reviews, there is apparently a lot of user error but even with knowing how to properly use this product, it’s not good overall. The design and nightlight feature are great but overall it’s not a good humidifier. While not having any black mold growing like other humidifiers, you do quickly get the red/pink slime bacteria growth if you are using tap water as a warning. It claims to last for 60 hours but we can’t even make it through the night without having to refill the tank. I have a humidity gauge less than 5 ft away from the tank and it barely reaches a 2% difference with it running on high (which is why we have to fill the tank so often to even see results). The machine does produce steam quickly but as others have stated, if you do not have the tank sitting correctly into the base, it will stop working or will not come out the top (user error mainly but there were times I had it on perfectly and had to shut it off and turn it back on a couple times to get it working again). And lastly which is the final straw that has me returning it, I refilled the tank, put it on the base, and I have no clue where but it started pouring out all over my nightstand, ruining some items next to it and spilling all over the floor. Not a clue why that happened but after 3 weeks of use, I’m going to return it and spend a bit more to get a nicer humidifier. I fear that this company likes to oversell its products to nervous parents but that you can receive better quality for your children with other humidifiers not aimed at babies directly. Overall, nice design and nice features (Quieter than other humidifiers as well) but unless you are in a super small space, this does not work well.
