If the mist only rises halfway, it may be due to mineral buildup or a misaligned water tank. We recommend soaking the nebulizer as instructed in manual, and to extend the soaking longer than 20 minutes. Be sure to rinse and dry thoroughly before use. Loud bubbling, dripping noise.
I got this to replace an older, similar model that broke. The old one was silent. This one is not and keeps me awake/wakes me up several times a night with its loud water bubble, dripping noise. It's awful. I wanted the same one because it's easy to use and clean and thought it would work the same but unfortunately it does not.

Worked okay for awhile, I had it for a year or two. I agree with others saying it is not the quietest unit. Mine would expell air bubbles from the tank loudly throughout the night. It is also supposed to turn itself off when it's low or out of water, but my tank ended up cracking due to overheating because that feature wasn't successful enough. I would have water in it when I'd go to sleep, and occasionally it would run out towards the end of the night. Seems like a hazard.

Love this machine!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like using humidifiers so needless to say I was excited to get to test out this one. My daughter recently had sinus surgery and this saved her some pain after. It kept nose moist. There was no leaks and the noise was very minimal.
