I thought Frida was fine but have you seen their advertising lately???? Very inappropriate in general, but EXTREMELY inappropriate being from a brand marketed for children. I will never use a Frida product again and will actively make sure everyone I have reach to will also never purchase any of these products again.

Expensive and doesn't get boogers out
Don’t buy!! Really bad product doesn’t get boogers out. My poor baby was struggling and I ran to the store to buy this and it didn’t help at all. I think that the manual one they give you at the hospital does a better job

Dont waste your money
This product is so bad. Despite there being a compartment for the snot to go into, everything is still sucked straight into the device itself. The pictures other users have included are not user error but the horrible design of the device.

This worked well for a while on helping to suck out stuck boogers. I like the different tip options and the fact that it’s rechargeable. BUT the first time we used it on larger amounts of snot (ie: its intended purpose), the liquid got down into the motor part, and started to shoot the snot back out the ventilation hole. I had to throw it away because it no longer worked, and could obviously no longer be cleaned. Wouldn’t re-purchase.

Incredibly frustrating and disappointing
I would give this company 0 stars if possible. I’m so incredibly disappointed with this. I bought a brand new one just to open it and have missing parts. I cannot believe the company would be so careless to allow a product go off the production line incomplete. I needed to use this right away and now I’m unable to causing my baby to suffer longer. Insanely disappointed and unhappy.
