    Great product!

    These are my second pair. Aside from wishing the warranty was lifetime the base Shocks headphones are great. You forget they’re there and their quality is great during activities. I do wish there were more color options for the base model available like red, yellow, or forest green.

    System volume is very low, hard to pair and only pairs to one device and then you have to basically do a system reset to pair to another device. I had more options with a 39 dollar pair of headphones

    Better sound

    Replaced a Shokz OpenMove that stopped working after several years of vigorous use. I wipe them down with water after each workout and wonder if I shorted out the USB-C charging port. I chose the magnetic charging option for this pair. Less convenient but definitely easier to use. The sound quality is better with this pair of OpenRun earphones. It pairs easily with multiple devices. The 2 buttons for on/off, volume, etc are just different enough that I struggle with them. For now I’m taking them off to find the correct button. Happy with the purchase!

    Warning....NOT the same as the bigger ones.

    These are nothing like the Open Run 2. I have those, but they are just a little bit too big for me so I thought I would order the minis. The sound quality is subpar. They come in a bag, not a hard case. And the quality is nothing like the others. These seem really flimsy. I really thought they would be the same as the other ones, just smaller. I am very disappointed.

    Hi there- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied with your OpenRun Mini. The OpenRun Pro 2 is a newer model and has several upgrades from the OpenRun model. We do have the OpenRun Pro 2 available in a Mini size. There is a phone setting that may resolve any low volume issues. 1. Turn Off Volume Limit Settings For iPhone: Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety, switch off the Reduce Loud Audio feature. For Samsung: Go to Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Volume, click More, and turn off Media Volume Limit. For other Android phones: Go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphones and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for them. If you decide these are not a good fit for you, we kindly ask that you reach out to Target Customer Service directly to learn of their return policy.     These are fine for a race every now and then where I want to awareness of what's happening around me but not for day to day running because the volume is so low I can barely hear it when im running and I have to keep readjusting it so its at the right place

    Mini size is still too large

    The measurement between my ears is 8 inches, so maybe I was obtuse in thinking the mini size would even remotely fit me, but they're just way too big. I kept them because they are still better than working out with AirPods, but the sound does not transfer well since they don't stay where they ideally should.

    I use these all the time when running and powerwalking for listening to audio books or music. Sound is clear, volume is easy to adjust, and I can hear what's going on around me, as well. The best feature is that they stay put on my ears!

    Love the headphones! I went out of my way to get the mini instead of the regular band size, and I honestly wish the band was even smaller than it is on the mini! Overall they are great though. Audio is good and mic seems to be good as well, I haven't gotten complaints from other's when I am on the phone. Game changer for mountain running for me! I cant stand having the audio turned all the way up as they vibrate too much for me and it bothers my head/ears. Sometimes if I'm doing something with a lot of background noise and I want to JAM, I will opt for my airpods so I can get the louder volume without the vibration. That's my only complaint but these are great for around the house and outdoor activities when you still want to be able to engage with the world around you! Would purchase again. Battery life seems to be great as well!

    Life changing music

    I love these headphones! They have changed the way I listen to music and how I utilize my time. I use them at the gym, doing chores and listening to my favorite podcasts. I do not like things stuffed into my ear, don’t have to worry about them getting lost, moist or wet and they are really comfortable!
