Our headphones are not hearing devices; however we do have customers who use them to assist with hearing, usually by pairing the headphones to their phone and accessing a hearing aid app like Petralex, Ear Spy, Ear Trumpet, or Hear You Now. These apps use the mic on the phone to pick up surrounding sound and transmit it through the headphones. Absolutly incredible, I can still do things around the house but hear what's going on around me. Perfect for cooking in the kitchen or tuning out tv shows I dont care for much. Amazing product.

Needs physical buttons
These have great sound, better than I expected. They are supper comfortable to wear all day, I have even forgotten i had them on and thought the sound was coming from the ipad device watching a videocast. After a week of having them though I really wish they had physical buttons as 60% of the time they do not respond to touch.

My shokz are the best headphones I have. I have 3 pairs of the one dot ear buds. They even went through the washer and dryer , I thought surely they were done with. But no, they are still working.

Excellent Sound but Operations Needs a Few Tweeks
I am mostly amazed by these. Shokz has really figured out the open-ear concept and I love how these sound! Also, they are extremely comfortable. There have even been a few times I've had them in but not playing music and I've forgotten they were there. I do have one gripe, however. I'd like to be able to skip a song using the tap feature. I recently downloaded a beta firmware update from Shokz that says it allows for the song skip with a triple tap on the bud. Tap for pause and volume work OK, but I have not yet been able to make the triple tap work reliably, even with the sensitivity turned all the way up. I hope I can get the triple tap to work reliably with some more practice. Either that, or they come up with a better way.

Awesome earbuds!
Very nice quality ear buds. They Fit comfortably and sound great. I love being able to use the app. to be able to track them down with the ping option, being able to customize the individual touch commands. I also really like the size of the cases well. It isn’t too big and it’s not super small either. 10/10 highly recommend the open dot-ones.

Not quite what I’d hoped
These are very nice looking and great for wearing when I don’t want something around my head or in front of my ears, like my OpenRun. The problem is that they slip around and if they are not optimally placed, it’s hard to hear the sound. I find myself resetting them a lot. The touch/tap control doesn’t work well at all. I try to use my Apple Watch or phone for the controls instead of just the headphones. The battery life is great. I like the convenience of the app to see battery levels.

Secure but not the most comfortable
Currently using for calls and podcasts, and the sound is fine. I'm told the microphone picks up well. The battery life is good, they get uncomfortable before they need to be recharged. They are secure, but seem to pick up touch sensors if I try to adjust them, and other times they don't pick up the touch sensors as well, so it feels like I'm smacking my ears. It's been difficult to learn the different touches for controls, but I think I like not having to push a button.

Super Convenient
Would have given these a 5 star except had an issue with one of the dots not working and only have owned these a month or so. I put it back in the charger and it worked. Am I getting lucky or is this a telltale of what is to come? They are super convenient to use and very comfortable when i run. They do not move and sound stays consistent. Just worried they won’t last and my warranty will run up.

Been less than a month of use so take this review with a grain of salt. Overall, solid as a bone conduction earbud and inconspicuous. I like how secure it is as I've worn them to the gym once and they held better than even some headphones I've had.

Still have not read the directions but they stay in my seemingly extra small ears and people can hear me on the phone. All of that is better than what I have had in the past! Still pretty expensive and I am worried I will lose them.
