They sold me a fake product advertised as brand new

I purchased this item from target as brand new and picked up in store from guest services, only to return home and find that the product had been replaced with a completely different product. This raises serious concerns that target is not actually selling brand new products as advertised. Happy to have gotten a refund without much pushback but this is a big red flag and I will no longer purchase expensive tech products from target ever again.

Great Sound and Exceptional for Workouts

This is the second pair of I've purchased as the first ones wore out and were out of warranty and not worth getting fixed. I wore the previous pair almost daily for running; it is extremely humid here and the earbuds faired well.

Best Bose

Bought them couple months ago.Love them. The R for the right side & the L for left side I wish they would of just wrote the R & the L & not put it in a circle & maybe a little bigger even.It is too hard for me to make them out .

They are terrible- you can't hear anything unless you turn the volume all the way up. I'm very dissatisfied. Especially for how much I paid. And now the return window has passed.

Repeat Customer

This was my second time purchasing these, which essentially summarizes my review. I am a big fan of open ear designs, beginning with Bose's first generation several years ago. If you wear glasses in particular just buy these as there are no conflicts as with ear hooks. You quickly learn how to put them on, it becomes second nature, and it is easy to forget they are on due to light weight and comfortable materials. Physical buttons are a big advantage, and each has a custom programmable setting. Volume is very good for most situations, but I do wish there was a way to boost in unusually noisy environments. Audiobooks on an airplane can be heard, but just barely. They are not designed to be noise cancelling obviously, I have over the ear high-end headphones for that. The case design is great, and it gives a sense of power remaining, but I wish it or the app showed the exact percentage of charge. I use mine every day and charge the case once a week or two only. I have never run out of power in the buds. No complaints at all. Sound quality excellent, microphone good in most situations. My first set survived several drops with only scuffs on the case, no loss of function. Bose.com purchase experience was excellent as it has been in the past.

Great to look at...horrible for calls

These are BEAUTIFUL!! The sound quality is great!! I forget I have them on almost daily. BUT no one can hear me on telephone calls and I can't dictate anything on a text message or otherwise because they just don't work in that respect!! I mean horrible. So bad. So if you want them to just listen to music or podcasts, then I say go for it… But if you're going to use them for a telephone calls or as every day device that you can leave on to dictate messages and other things...hard pass.

Really dissapointing :(

I had high hopes but ended up returning these. I had skipping / connection issues within the first 5 minutes of wear while my phone was on me. The sound quality is not good at all. I hoped these would be an improvement over my $20 open ear earbuds but there was hardly a difference in sound. Additionally, they’re gorgeous when you pen the case but you mostly see a plain grey earbud when you see them straight on while wearing. They honestly look like a dirty white earbud unless you see them from the side. I returned these and got airpod pro 3’s which were less money and VASTLY improved sound quality. I don’t recommend. (and I almost never bother to write a review)

Superb earbuds

I was skeptical about the quality of the sound of these open earbuds. But BOSE truly invented a game changer here. These open earbuds are amazing! Sound quality is phenomenal for the intent of its design. These are great when I need to be aware of the noise surrounding me. I love them.

Good Sound

I bought these open earbuds especially for work. We are not allowed to wear anything in the ear canal at work so these are perfect. The sound is just as clear as my in ear earbuds. The only downfall is receiving phone calls. It’s too difficult to hear the caller and they can’t hear me well either. These are NOT for receiving or making phone calls. But for listening to music or radio at work, these are perfect!

Never thought I could wear EarBuds, I can now!

I love Bose products, have been a customer for almost 50 years. I have tried many earbuds but was never able to wear the in ear style. When I saw the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds I decide I had to try them. And I LOVE them as they do not have to go in my ear, they do not bother me when I’m wearing glasses and they’re so comfortable, I forget I’m wearing them! And of course the sound quality is excellent.
