A: Greetings! If you have a conch piercing, and planning to purchase a Bose x Kendra Scott Ultra Open Earbuds might feel tricky. We recommend removing any earrings or piercings before using the earbuds for the best fit and comfort. Once the earbuds are secure, you can put your earrings or piercings back on. For the best sound and mic performance, check the fit in a mirror and adjust the earbuds to about a 45° angle on your ears. If your piercing makes that position uncomfortable, slide the earbuds slightly up or down until they feel better. Also, if the magnets on the earbuds stick to your jewelry, moving them up or down usually solves the issue. We’re grateful you chose Bose!

Pretty new toy with great sound
I love the beauty and function. It definitely fills a need just like my noise canceling headphones. I love that it matches other tech stuff. Bose just makes quality headphones! As with other Bose headphones though it can be tricky for me to keep paired between tasks. That may be a me thing though.

amazing music quality but horrible for phone calls
This is the first open ear buds I’ve had and so far, I’m pretty impressed! there’s something about noise cancelling headphones that I don’t love and these open earbuds work better for my lifestyle (WFH 3 days/week). The music quality is incredible and works really well during my strength training sessions (no falling out of my ear). The only con I have for these is the phone quality is atrocious. it’s so bad that my husband had to return his pair since he needs dependable headphones for his job (he was so bummed because he loved everything else!) The sound quality of the phone call if you are using these is honestly just so bad. My main use for these are not for making phone calls but if that’s what you’re buying these for, I would not recommend. Bose, please work on your phone call quality! your headphones would have no competition if you just fixed that :)

I bought these for myself, my daughter and granddaughter for Christmas. I gave them early to use in our vacation over the holidays. We all love them! Comfy with good sound quality. I always had trouble keeping the AirPods in my ears, These are so easy to use.

Game Changer!
Love these!!! I am a runner and have been using another style/brand for a few years and they are fine in the warm months, but I was so frustrated when I needed to pull a warm hat over them. The hat could never fully cover my ears. These are like wearing nothing and now my ears stay covered and warm. Game changer!! And the sound is amazing!!!!

Perfect option
I’ve had these a couple weeks now and am very glad I bought them. I have tried different types of head phones and ear phones, none of which worked. The ultra earbuds are great. They stay on my ears, are very comfortable and whatever I’m listening to comes through loud & clear. And added bonus they’re pretty.

Poor sound quality
I purchased the open earbuds about an month now and like the comfort. I have issues with earbuds staying in place. That said the sound quality is poor. I believe the reason is the area across the ear lob is to large (from the outer edge to the start of the ear opening) which pulls the earbud further out then what would be optimal. My wife uses them as well with no issues. I am undecided as to keeping them. Are there different sizes?
