Untying and pulling out string completely from package 2. Undoing keylock that secures dino tail 3. Removing egg carefully from blister 4. Removing 2nd keylock (to activate power) - Once the dino is out of the blister/package, knock three times (repeat this 3 times) We hope this helps!

A: Hello!! The dinosaur is orange-brown, and the egg is a pale whitish tan color. The green shown is the green eyes of the dinosaur (the dino has three different eye colors) I hope this helps! :)

I purchased Jurassic World Primal Hatch for my Grandson for Christmas. We celebrated today, the hatch was exciting to see but there was no steak or clicker in the box; therefore, the he is unable to use this production’s full potential….very disappointing considering the high price I paid for this item

Opened on Christmas and is missing steak & clicker. Of course customer support is closed and it's out of stock online. I would hold off on buying until they make sure these are included in package as others on Spin Master website claim it's missing for them too.

Cute dinosaur but a bit overpriced for what it is! The hatching part is super cool, but after that it doesn't do much. You can't really "train it" like the description mentions. You're buying the hatching, after that it's another toy to collect dust.
