A: To ensure the Dino works properly, please double-check that the correct batteries (3x 1.5V AG13/A76/LR44) are included and inserted correctly. Once that's done, use the Dino's tail to trigger the lights and sounds, bringing it to life!

I ordered this online. I was surprised when I opened the outer box to find just the toy with no packing material or box. I thought item would be in its own box rather than just the shipping box and, failing that, I would have at least thought there would have been some sort of packing material to keep it from jostling around. This is a gift so my review is more about the packing/shipping than the item itself. The shipping box arrived crushed so I will need to find a different box to put the toy in before gifting. Item is a nice size so I’m sure recipient won’t care what sort of box it came in.
