A: Hello Walk. There is a switch on the belly of the dog, that needs to be turned to the ON position. To access the switch you need to open the material covering, change the switch and then reseal the material covering during play time. Q: Do you have the option to turn the barking on/off or will it stay on as long as the toy is turned on?

A: Hi Jpitti. The Goldendoodle pup will bark when you touch it's head. It is not continuous and will stop on it's own. It offers an Off/On switch on the base of the toy near the battery compartment. Thank you. The Battat Team

My daughter received this for Christmas yesterday. After switching it from 'try me' mode, it worked fine at first, but it stopped walking after only one day. Now, when you pet the top, it only wags its tail and barks. It’s very disappointing for it to fail so quickly. I’m wondering if we just received a defective unit or if this is a common issue with the product’s durability?

It’s not necessarily soft, cause it’s got the batteries and stuff inside, but she still sleeps with it at night lol. When you press the button it barks and walks and wags its tail, and then you press down on the head andit wags its tail and makes noises. It is a very cute toy! I do wish that when you press the button it would walk a little longer because what ends up happening is my daughter just like drags the dog by the leash so it’s like hanging off the off the ground and looks kind of morbid lol

Cute and Fun

It’s from the our generation line, but it’s a great size for toddlers to use even if they don’t have an our generation doll. It’s nice and soft, cute and interactive- making cute puppy noises and walks. The accessories are great, and my kids love to brush it and attach the leash. Dog DOES Walk
I like many others who reviewed thought the dog didn't walk, but upon further review I found that the toys setting wasn't set to operate at full capacity. When you flip the dog around you can open its tummy and find its control settings. Mine was clicked in the middle. It has three setting off, middle, and full? Anyways after switching it from the middle to the far right on setting the dog's walking setting was functioning! Just needed to be switched on and be pat on the back. Hope this helps

Dog doesnt walk
The dog doesn’t walk. This was a present for my Granddaughter. I had to return another one with same issues. I think the last time was it was used and didn’t work. The pieces were not attached to box like the dog. Very disappointed
