Broken wing.
Beyond upset. This was a Christmas gift I was so excited to give my son. He LOVES this movie and all the characters. He opened it, played with it for 4 seconds. The wings opened and now they won’t close again which is one of the coolest parts of this toy. So disappointing.

Mouth not opening?
My son got this for Christmas, and on the 2nd day the mouth stopped opening when Toothless is hungry, is there something wrong with it? We have changed the batteries already and it didn’t fix the issue. Also are the wings supposed to fold in? Ours just stay out.

His mouth is broken and will not work. Also I thought his wings would move on their own but they do not.

Junk
Do not purchase! A high amount of these are shipped with defective wings (known issue). If you bought one, the wings should work. Do not buy.

Video showing how to operate it?
Is there supposed to be a video showing the different things to do with it? The instructions lead to believe that there's a video by scanning the QR code but all it did was take me to the home page here. My daughter really likes it. Looks like great quality.

Hello Pam, thank you for sharing your experience with the How to Train Your Dragon Tame & Train Interactive Toothless. Kindly note that the Tame and Train Toothless includes a proximity sensor on its head, which may be the reason why it keeps activating while inside the box. Please remove any obstacles in front of the head. We look forward to hearing about your grandson's experience once she has received his gift. Regards, Spin Master Customer Care

Horrible shipping packing
This is going to be a Christmas present and I know that my Granddaughter will love it. Target shipped this toys with other dolls & 24 bars of soap together. common sense would tell you that the weight of the bars of soap would crush the toy boxes during shipping.
