The amount it can hold (a full bottle of hydrating mist) plus extra is ample for a full session without refilling. It's the perfect tool to keep your hair moisturized during styling.

Mist w/ Big Impact
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve got both the mini and regular size, and I’m obsessed. I use distilled water, and the travel size fits perfectly in my carry-on. The mist is ultra-fine with a lingering cloud that feels lux. My hair’s usually desert-level dry when I wake up, but a few sprays bring back my definition, sans soaking. This step is now a part of my AM routine.

Broken
So I bought this and decided to give it time to give a review. At first I liked it, but the top part keeps coming off itself. I would get annoyed and just took it off. It looks so ugly without it, but it was that or constantly have to pick it up. Its very cheap and broke easy.

Not Built to Last
Worked great for saturating my daughter's curls with water, but only for about 5 months. After 5 months of daily use the continuous spray mechanism wore out.
