Very Flakey
I used this gel on my hair to try to get a slick ponytail and it flaked so bad I had to wash my hair the next day. Thinking it was just my hair, I used it on my child's hair and the same thing happened.

Strong frizz free curls.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pattern Strong Hold Gel is much thicker and has a clear consistency compared to the Pattern Curl Gel. Keeps curls more defined and less frizz. Also good for slick back styles. Smells good and doesn't cause flaking. I use it on my wash and go styles along with the Pattern Curl Mousse.

only gel that holds my edges down
i have short curly hair that i like to wear in waves. i use this gel to lay down my edges and no other gel or edge control lays my edges as good. it doesnt flake and leaves my edges looking shiny and smooth. usually lasts all day unless im sweating alot or my hair gets wet.
