I mean, who leaves a review for a loofah? This thing is disgusting. It smells like toxic plastic. They stopped carrying the Eco tools I always buy so I had to get this one and it’s pure plastic poison.

After using this for less than a week, I noticed a pinkish stain on the white tile under its hanging position. Apparently dye leaches out for the netting. I’ve used various brands of scrubbies for decades and never had this happen. Buyer beware.

Steer Clear
This loofah lasted a whole week before it started to fall apart. I purchased this one because it was supposed to be the nicer of thr loofah that up&up brand offered but definitely disappointed. I do not recommend unless its for one time use.

Turned brown/grey and smelled like mrchanic oil
As soon as I got it wet, the edges turned dark grey and it smelled like some kind of industrial oil product. Washed it twice and it smells a little better but it’s still VERY brown/grey (got the beige one). Even at this price, it’s going back.

Stained the tub, I bought the mauve loofah and used it once. I woke up to a pink tub. It left a really bad stain. The pictures are after spending 1 hour trying to soak and scrub the color off so it looks a little better. I will try a magic marker next but this is not worth the damage it has caused.
