Do Not Purchase
DO NOT BUY! We've had this product for just under 1-year and started to have issues with the grinder and bean hopper about 8 months in. Watched all of the videos for troubleshooting Ninja recommended, some fixed the issue for a week or two but issues never resolved. Finally tried to submit for a warranty replacement...guess what? Ninja has the worst customer support I have ever experienced. I had to do a 45 minute video chat with a representative to prove our machine is defective, okay, great they agree. We have a 1-year warranty and we are within the window, so you'd think ninja would honor their warranty and send us a replacement....nope. Apparently, their policy changed six months ago, which they didn't inform current owerns of, to now offer "repair" service if your unit is more than six months old. So, I now need to drive to FedEx, pack up my $500 "luxe" item, and wait three weeks for it to be repaired and retuned. How much do you think three weeks of Starbucks is going to cost us?? What Ninja is offering is a six month warranty and a repair program after six months, not a 1-year warranty. Totally disingenuous and shameful. Stay away from this company and all of their products, Ninja and Shark, all overpriced, cheaply produced junk with awful customer support.

Loving it
Bought this around Black Friday, absolutely love this thing. It makes great espresso, and I don't need to be a pro constantly re-testing pulls and weights etc with new beans, after a shot or two it can dial it in for me. And also, the cold foam attachment works so well, makes amazing cold foam for my drinks. I'd highly recommend this unit, could not be happier.

Recieved Damaged and non functioning
Product was damaged as recieved due to the Bean hopper not being assembled properly at the factory. The hopper locking cams fell into the grinder because the screw in the locking handle was not fully installed. This caused a "install hopper" error. Been trying to get parts from ninja and have not been successful . Need a new hopper assembly, but only getting the run around. Seems to be a nice machine... would be great to use it normally.

Obsessed with this machine ~ I had a Breville for years and wanted an upgrade . I almost didn’t buy this because I wanted a more “experienced coffee machine company” this machine is above and beyond my Breville ! Incredibly user friendly , pours perfect espresso everytime and the ability to create hot or cold foam makes making my latte SO much more fun

Bean Grinder is Loud
I bought it for my wife for Christmas . We both love it except we cant use it before we go to work without waking up the whole house because the bean grinder is so loud. It would nice to be able to make a cup of coffee before work instead of having to buy a cup. Other than the grinder being loud its a nice machine and would be 5 stars instead of 3.

Just opened on Christmas and so far, so good! Seems very user-friendly. Machine is “smart,” so once you close a type of drink, it’s going to only allow you to do the steps for that specific drink, which I think is a plus. For example, if you’re making a double shot of espresso but have the wrong basket in your portafilter, it won’t work until you put the right one in. We find drinks taste better if you add flavored syrups into your milk before steaming/frothing. We have a Buddy Brew local to us and have gone there for fresh roasted beans. We chose that brand because they’re tasty and also available in stores in a pinch. We wanted to stick to one type of beans because the machine tests them for you and will adjust settings based on your beans. Running the test wastes some beans, though, so we wanted to minimize switching bean types. We get our syrups from HomeGoods for fun flavors at a discount.

I love it, coming from not a coffee snob
Get this! It's awesome. Grinds beans. Makes espresso. Makes drip coffee. Froths milk (dairy and non-dairy). Can give you hot water if you just don't put coffee in it. You can use it for tea. Hot cocoa. Lattes. Espressos. Regular coffee. I love this thing. Maybe it's more basic and for beginners, but I'm not trying to be a pro- I'm trying to make a delicious affordable coffee. And this tastes about as good as any of my favorite coffee spots. I'm a huge fan. I got it on sale for $400, but I'd say even at $500, it's a no brainer. At the regular price, it's still competitive but maybe wait for a sale. This thing rocks!

Faulty design, cant make two cups of espresso at one go.
Design fault. If you want to make two espressos, then you can’t put two cups under portafilter. Just not enough space, giving two spouts to portafilter is of no use.
