Burnt Water.
Machine has been overheating, burning the espresso. Regardless of prep the pour comes out watery. we’ve tried every kind of espresso and all just end up watered down.

The milk frother does not work
I’ve tried the milk frother several times now and there’s no stream at all, all it does it spray hot water and fill my cup up with water and makes it overflow within 10 seconds. Also I don’t like that you have to shut the espresso maker off manually to stop the brewing, I like when it knows how much to brew and stops automatically. I’ve only seen a couple other bad reviews about the frother so maybe I just got a bad one. I will exchange for another and if it works like it should I will update my review. But so far I’m not a fan at all.

The first time out of the box the filter was wet….there were dry water spots everywhere, and damage where the espresso filter connects to the brew head. I’m going to return it and try again :(

Would not purchanse again.
Unfortunately I was very disappointed with this machine and the reviews led me astray. Both my partner and myself have worked as baristas in the past so we know how to pull a proper espresso shot. We could not get a proper pull from this machine. It sputtered out the water and espresso the entire time and there was never any crema. At the end of the pull it was pure water flowing out. I think it’s a water pressure issue. We even tried different grinds with no better results. We’re returning the machine today.

After much deliberation, I decided to get an espresso maker. I am a big coffee lover and I am very fond of my French press. I used to get lattes only once in a while when I would go out. The reason I hesitated about getting an espresso machine was primarily the size of these appliances. Most of them are very large. There was a very compact one by Nespresso, but it was pricy and required buying capsules. After carefully studying all available machines, I decided to try this one. I'm very happy I got it. What I like about it: 1) the size, not too big or bulky 2) no problems with leakage etc 3) easy to use 4) tasty brew. I almost never drink pure espresso. I like lattes. You may want to try different espresso blends. Some taste better than others. 5) saves money. One can of espresso is $5 to $8 or so and lasts a long time 6) the steam wand works well and produces hot milk and lots of foam. Of course, you have to practice a bit, but once you get it, it's very easy. 7) you can play with different syrup flavors to make great drinks at home. 8) at below $100, this is a deal! That's it in a nutshell. Give it a try, I love mine :)

Upon first use, the water leaked everywhere and wasn't funneling through the espresso handle. I messaged customer service but received no reply from them. Going to return this machine and get a Nespresso instead.

I'm a coffee lover, so once I tasted my first cup, I was hooked. The directions for set up is straighforward and easy to follow. This expresso maker has an authentic italian made pump. This allows it to make supreme brews. Also, the built-in adjustable milk frother wand is able to make an amazing creamy milk foam that allows for the perfect coffee experience. The machine is compact and fits perfectly on my counter. Also, cleaning the drip tray is very easy.

One of the Best Espresso Machines I Have Used
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best espresso machines that I have used. I have had a few different espresso machines over the years and by far this has been one of the best and easiest to use. The construction is very solid and has really held up to the high use that I have put it through. The steamer has been efficient and has allowed for quick milk steaming to go along with the espresso for things like lattes. Overall I am very pleased with this machine and would recommend it to friends.

Small package - big performance!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Given the cost, I had only moderate expectations for this espresso maker, but I've been pleasantly surprised! There was definitely a learning curve, as operation is not necessarily intuitive (at least for me). The good news is that the instructions and company support are excellent. That out of the way, I now find it much easier to use, and I love the coffee and especially the frother. Great for households with only one coffee drinker, or multiple drinkers who use it at different times of the day. Top cup warmer is a welcome add on, and love the removable water tank and drip tray - all easy to clean! Lightweight, with a relatively small footprint, great for those kitchens with limited counter space. Definitely recommend!

The detachable water tank is a plus for easy cleaning. The steam wand is movable for spot on cappuccinos.Nice design and and removable drip tray. I just love it!

The espresso press has fine holes that filter out the grounds without any grit. The milk frother is easy to use as well. I used it with oat milk to make a Latte. This is a great machine for beginners and has less pieces that can break. It's also easy to clean

The design is super sleek and compact yet it delivers quality beverages. The steam tube expertly froths milk to perfection. I can make espresso, cappuccino, latte, lungo, mocha, macchiato, flat white, caramel macchiato and americano beverages. One of the features of this machine is that it’s classically compact. It has a 20 bar professional Italian pump with precise temperature and pressure control. There’s also protection against over heating and too much pressure. Accessories included are a portafilter, filter and a coffee spoon with tamper. The instruction booklet is precise and very helpful. I can’t wait to show my coffee making skills to our friends and family.
