Ball filter was an issue for my DC25

I dont want refund I just want another ball filter becaapply I need the top filter which is now being applyd and I am using the old ball filter. price very good but this is first time ive had problem with defect. the ball filter seal was broken and the filtergets stuck when ball is turning. Can you send me a new ball filter only please.Thank you
