Ok, but not great
Couldn’t find a way to increase volume on headphones and when I looked it up (Tap, hold) it didn’t work. The earphones do not stay in my ear. I’ve tried the small medium and large, the medium fit the best but will fall out when I am doing simple tasks like putting laundry in basket from dryer. Sound quality is good, mic works well

Incredibly Frustrating
Every time I take ear buds out, it's a guarantee a little voice announces a new mode I'm in. I change modes 3x per use without every meaning to. "Noise canceling" ... "ambient aware" ... "talk through" ... I just want to listen to music. Now, less than a year after purchase, theyre not recognizing when I put them in their pod so the battery drains. Sometimes I'll watch something in my phone and it picks up the signal while still in their pod. Incredibly frustrating to use. Bought these at an airport when I was in a jam and these experiences will go through my mind whenever I see another JBL product.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Whenever you take the earbuds out, you might be tapping the buttons unintentionally, which is why it keeps switching the features. You can turn off the tap buttons through the JBL Headphones app. Regarding the charging issue with the earbuds, we recommend cleaning the charging pins of both the earbuds and the case using a cotton swab and alcohol. No top, no instructions
First, it does not come with a lid/top. Super weird and I hope they don't fall out and I lose them. Second, the instructions have no words, only confusing pictures like in elementary so I still haven't figured out how to connect then to anything. The instruction book looks like it came from the movie Idiocracy. I kind of regret purchasing these.

My 3rd pair of JBL earbuds. This pair is ok, but the no lid case is hugely problematic in your pocket. Sure I wil lose one soon. Stupid design there, otherwise ok.

Horrible
What an amazing piece of junk! Horrible design; hard to get in your ears correctly, to take out, even taking out of case. The sound is so bad whether music of talking. Adjustments did nothing. ANC; seriously? Returning after less than 24 hrs. Truly get what you paid for.

they are terrible, they fall out of the ears that I put in the size of the rubber band, the sound is average shrill, nice design indeed, I do not recommend it at all!

Bought these because I had lost a different pair of mine. I didnt like that it didnt have a top but got them anyways. If I have them in my pocket or sitting on top on something, it will connect to the right one when they are both in the case and not being moved.

Ouch, my ears
The startup noise for these earbuds are so loud! Like EXTREMELY LOUD… very irritating as well you cannot change it in the app. And the buttons on the side of the earbuds are very crappy. Very bad. They don’t work when I press. And don’t even think about sleeping with these earbuds because they are SO uncomfortable. My ears are in pain. They don’t even properly fit in your ear. They will fall out. They provide you with different size ear pieces (I don’t really know what they are called) but none of them will fit at all because it will fall out of your ear for any movement you do. The only pros of this product is the battery life. The product doesn’t cost that much money so it’s okay.

The fit was perfect and the active noise cancelling worked as advertised, can't recommend this enough if you live in a noisy area and want some quiet.
