So disappointed
Sound quality is OK, but they are a royal pain to get paired with anything. App is slow and clunky. Overall, not worth the inflated price.

Great earbuds. Excellent quality.
I love these earbuds. The noise is what you expect from a Bose product, which is why I purchased them in the first place. I already have the Bose quiet comfort headphones 🎧, but wanted the earbuds for the gym. I find some of the other brands did not sit in my ears properly, but changing the silicone helped, very comfortable and practical. Excellent quality as expected.

Comfortable - works better than the older versions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old ones stopped working after quite a few years so I needed some new ones and wanted to stick with Bose. These are different than my last and it took a few minutes to figure out how to get them situated in my ear, but I like them much better than the older version. Very comfortable and work even better. Love them and will always stick with Bose for my ear gear.

Great Sound
The sound quality is great! Exceptional battery life. The only downside I have so far is the case is a little on the Large side.

Unbeatable Sound Quality
I had previously owned the Bose SoundSport In-Ear Headphones, and they were the best listening experience ever. Period. Without any hesitation, I went for the QuietComfort, and I must say, I am impressed. The Bose signature sound is still very much present (I listen to a lot of soft rock and vocal-forward tracks), although the SoundSport were more comfortable to wear. While I have no complaints about the sound quality, the ANC could be improved – I walk during the evenings and if there is a gentle wind, I can clearly hear the wind howling even in “Quiet” mode. And lastly, please make the app more polished and easier to use. It’s slow, has a dated interface, and fails to auto-connect my earbuds. As sound quality matters the most to me and it trumps all the other annoyances I have mentioned above, I think I’ll stick with my QuietComfort buds.

The very best earbuds for noise cancellation!
These earbuds were a present for my daughter who works in a very noisy office and likes to listen to her own music rather than other people’s. The noise cancellation feature is amazing, better than any other earbuds we have tried, and she is delighted with them. The colour choices are also good so, whilst expensive, these are well worth the extra money.

Great sound, decent price
Excellent sound quality! When listening with these in, it’s like being in the room with whatever I’m listening to. There’s a number of songs that I’ve heard parts on that I’d never heard before! The fit is difficult to get. It’s difficult to obtain a good seal, even with different sized tips. Once it’s properly sealed, however, the noise cancellation is excellent. Sometimes when connected, the connection dips for a split second, but fortunately this is infrequent. Sound quality is 5/5, I gave 4 stars overall however due to the fit difficulty and intermittent sound dips.

Do not buy if you plan to use them when cycling
Terrible if you like to run or cycle and it is a little windy as you can't hear a thing and you have to turn the noice cancellation off and their volume up full to have half a chance of hearing anything. Additionally the left and right keep losing each other and I have gaps between connection. When I stop and take the earbuds off and put them back on, they completely lose either the phone or each other and I have to re-sync them, sometimes successfully but mostly not successfully. Overall they are disappointing to say the least.

Unimpressed
So far I'm unimpressed with the sound quality and I've found the instructions in both the app and the books to be so complicated I can barely understand them. I still have problems putting the earbuds in my ear and back in the case. I'm tempted to return them.

We'll never go back to the other guys...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great. Very comfortable, great sound, intuitive, and with a competitive price. My wife has both the Bose open-ear for everyday around the house and noise-cancelling headphones for flying and loves them both. You just can't go wrong with any of them.

Everything else is good except they turn off on their own around 10-20 minutes of listening to music or watching videos on YouTube. I like to sleep with my earbuds on listening to white noise or any other ambient sounds and this Bose earbuds don’t cut it, they turn off and I tried everything to get them to stop doing that, apparently it’s a sensor that detects no motion so shuts them down and this model doesn’t have a way to turn that off:(

Overall nice but a little annoying to use
I really like these earbuds because they sound so nice and I love that they have good noise cancellation, and the battery life is genuinely insane. I've had these for 3 MONTHS and they've been sitting at 90-100% at all times. I actually never charge these earbuds for more than five minutes at a time and they've been full battery since I got them in February. This is SO AMAZING and I love this about these earbuds so much. They are just so finicky and very, VERY annoying at times. I'll be using both earbuds and one of them will randomly turn off and not reconnect until I put both back in the charging case. They'll disconnect for no reason and won't connect with my phone at all until I plug the case into a charger. Why so specific? I have no idea! But the funniest thing? This only stopped happening so frequently once I uninstalled the app! (Which is an entirely different app made only for this specific product, because the other app that supports the other headphones and earbuds apparently can't support these earbuds?) For whatever reason having the app on your phone makes the earbuds disconnect whenever they feel like it. Genuinely this is the weirdest thing I've experienced with technology. Sometimes I still have connection issues but since I've uninstalled the app it's only once in a while there's an issue compared to every single day. My biggest issue is the fact that you cannot turn of the sensors that detect when the earbuds in your ear, so if you happen to want to put one back it just turns your music off entirely and you have to manually reopen your app to turn it back on. Apparently a different model of the Quiet Comfort earbuds have a setting to toggle it off, these ones just don't. This is SO annoying that I genuinely want to return these headphones at times because of it. You can put tape over the sensors, I guess, but I shouldn't have to put ugly tape on my earbuds so they function the way I want them to. If there was a button to toggle the senors off in the app I'd be happy, but apparently that's too difficult? Please don't get me wrong I use these earbuds everyday because I genuinely do like them and I spent my money on them, but I wish I knew how frustrating they would be before I bought them because I might have looked for other options. TLDR: if you don't enjoy technology that is finicky and annoying to operate or you just get frustrated easily, DO NOT GET THESE! Don't do it, you will not enjoy them. If you can look past minor connection issues and don't mind not having access to the app (it makes the earbuds turn off and disconnect randomly) I would definitely recommend these earbuds! The battery life on mine is crazy and they sound amazing

Hello Casper, thank you so much for sharing such detailed feedback. It’s clear you really enjoy the sound quality, noise cancellation, and especially the impressive battery life of your earbuds, and we’re delighted to hear that. At the same time, we understand your concern about the connection quirks and sensor limitations, especially when they affect your daily use. Our QuietComfort earbuds are designed to deliver iconic audio, renowned noise cancellation, and long-lasting battery life in a compact, durable package. Connection issues like the ones you described can sometimes happen if the earbuds don’t maintain a proper sync with the device. A helpful step is to resync the earbuds’ connection by removing them from your device’s Bluetooth list and pairing them again. This often clears up intermittent disconnects. For detailed, step‑by‑step instructions, please refer to our troubleshooting guide here: https://bose.life/4mTKvc4 If the issue persists after following these steps, our support team will be happy to assist you further: https://bose.life/contactus We hope this helps get everything back on track, so you can fully enjoy your earbuds. Excellent Noise Cancellation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the earbuds now for about three years And I am really satisfied with how it prefers especially when I need to isolate myself from the busy world and when you're right to even write an airplane I used it for like two flights now and it really does reduce the sound from the plane and makes you Be on the plane but not on the plane and that's how powerful the The Isolation of the sound is from the product and I really love the The earbuds it doesn't hurt even if it's on your in your ear for a long period of time and sometimes you forget that you have it yes really really satisfied.

Great Earbuds!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these a while ago and really enjoyed wearing them. The sound quality is great and are good for everyday use. One downside is they don't seem to last long. I had mine for about 2 years and one of the earbuds just fell apart.
