Broke in 2mths time

I purchased these on sale for $170 in March’26. I have them to my 14yr old for Easter and here we are in mid May and they are already broken. We are past the return window as well. Very disappointed that these didn’t last very long. The quality is not good for a brand that is supposed to be reputable and represented by so many athletes.

Poor quality

Bought my beats a little over a year ago. At first the quality was good. Recently, they’ve been having annoying static noises and they’ve been sounding like the wind. In addition, the Apple Warranty ended three months before these noises occurred. Very disappointed for these expensive headphones.

Love my beats!

Love these headphones, great noise cancellation and bass. Love using them for running or doing house chores. The battery life lasts pretty long even after weeks of not charging them. I love when they pair with my iPhone I can see the battery percentage. Very comfortable on my sensitive head, and they’re pretty sturdy for my normal use.

Defective, Apple replaced with black beats because matte pink is a Target exclusive item. BEWARE

I am so upset. My matte pink beats were defective. I finally sent them in to Apple to fix them. I purchased it around Black Friday of 2025. I absolutely loved the color and when I received them back yesterday they were black. I contacted Apple and they told me they can't replace my matte pink beats because they are a Target exclusive brand! BEWARE. I have a pair of black beats already but I wanted them specifically because they were matte pink. Extremely disappointed!

Love!

The headphones are a little heavy on my head, but that is absolutely my only complaint because this is one of my favorite purchases ever. As somebody with extreme noise sensitivities, the noise cancellation is awesome. The sound quality is clear. They are very comfortable to wear; they might smush your ears a bit, but the ear-touching parts are padded and thus soft :). Battery life is pretty great. I don't charge the headphones often, but I use them every day. Wireless range is pretty good, as well. Overall, a wonderful purchase that I absolutely would recommend to anyone. Plus, they're PINK!
