Takes forever to connect
It never connects to my iPad Air, 3yrs old)and I press the button a long time until it says "pairing" still doesn't so I have to end up going to Bluetooth (still slow) wich is so frustrating and inconvenient when I'm expecting it to connect to what is called "Bluetooth" right away. I hope I'm doing something wrong otherwise I would not have bought these.

Great headphones
I bought these to help on a long train journey and I'm so glad I did. The noise cancelling is great, it makes a huge difference on trains. They help me focus on my work, de-stress and get more active. They fit comfortably and have excellent sound quality.

Noise Cancellation works too good
I was sitting on my couch wearing these listening to music and my senior assassin came in my living rooom and eliminated me. I didn’t hear him bc these headphones noise cancellation works too well.

Good headphones, not great
I bought this a couple months ago but just started using it. The headphones aren't as noise cancelling as they suggest as you can hear cars driving past. There is a reduction in outside noise, but it's still noticeable. It would be useful if the headphones could fold up and had volume buttons on the side.

Feedback with hearing aids
These headphones could be the best that I've bought but for one detail. I wear hearing aids, without them I hear virtually nothing, if the foam cup was slightly bigger on the overall diameter and perhaps 1 or 2 mm deeper they would be 100% and a five star review. As it is they sit a little too close to my hearing aids with creates feedback. The detail of the sound is excellent but I find the bass a tiny bit too high

Not as good as Sony thinks!
Just a few weeks old and sound breaks up at random times, have tried all of Sony Support 'fixes' none of which have worked currently waiting for instruction on how to return for repair.

Name of the shop was Capi I paid R1999 for them You don’t give South africa as an option on your list above When registering And I couldn’t find a serial number anywhere this number was hidden underneath the label that I appealed off the box

Too big for narrow face type
Good headphones, but they are very big for narrow face type as mine. They were falling from my head when my head was in horizontal position. The adjustment is not helpful in this situation as it doesn't go smaller than that.

I have tried many headphones. I've never really been entirely satisfied with the sound they produce. These headphones blow me away! The beauty of having the sound connect app is a game changer. There are presets, noise cancelling and other tools to personalised preferred sound settings. Excellent! Predominantly, I want to use them for TV and Movies. I'm really pleased with the results.

Headphones when used with my two hearing aids.
I have two NHS hearings which are bluetooth enabled. Tried bluetooth with smart Tv paired worked ok. Every time I walked out of room and lost signal had to re connect. Also had to reconnect mutlimedia setting to use tv speakers as well. Not practical gave up. Brought these headphones to over come this problem as headphones are left in signal range. i.e. i take them off. Headphones sound is excellent and I can even understand a lot of what is even spoken. With noise cancelling on. Gets rid of back ground sounds effectively. I find Volume adjustment on the actual headphones awkward. Use app and the volume slide switch is often greyed which means cannot adjust via app. yet sometimes work when using volume control on Tablet. Works when using volume rockers on headset. Strangely the slider on app moves even though it is greyed. Overall happy with them.
