A: Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, you can connect your JBL Tune 770NC to your Nintendo Switch device via Bluetooth. However, using the microphone is not possible, as Nintendo does not support Bluetooth microphones input.

A: Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, you cannot lower the voice prompt volume, but you can disable it by adjusting the settings in the JBL Headphones app when your JBL Tune 770NC is connected.

A: Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Tune 770NC can connect to any Bluetooth-enabled device, including Smart TVs. If your TV has an aux port, you can also use an aux cable for a wired connection. Please know that when connected via Bluetooth, you may encounter audio-video delays when you're using it to connect with your TV device since these headphones don't have a low latency codec.

Nice Pair of headphones for the price. Holiday special! only $80 after taxes. ANC isn't as good as higher brands but it's good enough for the price. They are comfortable and the mic works great for calls.

Too tight
I returned these as they are not true over-the-ear headphones (they sat more on my ears) and they were also uncomfortably tight (and I am an average sized female - I do not have a big head at all). So I never even tried the sound because I put them on, immediately found them to be unacceptably uncomfortable, and then they went right back in the box. I lost of pair of JBL Tour One headphones that I loved and were so comfortable, so I was hoping these would have a similar fit, but they definitely do not.

Super Happy With These . . .
Just bought another set for my son. If you have big ears, don't bother, otherwise, these are great over-ear, noise-canceling, bass-enhanced, app-equiped, comfortable, sturdy (have dropped them several times), price / perfomance headphones. Target has great price promos on these from tike to time. Go Bose, if you have the big bucks, but my son's last pair was the $200 'quiet comforts', and he admits - not too much difference (except for the price) and the noise canceling features. In summary, great phones for the price.

Aesthetic and Technical issues.
I bought this few days back. As I used JBl T500 series before, I had expectations on this T710. However, it didn't meet up. Aesthetically, it's ok. Build quality reduced. Sound quality also has reduced. My T500 series sound quality is better than T710. I may return this and get another one. May be it's my bad that I received a faulty product which usually don't happen.

I am very satisfied. I got this as an early Christmas present. In the interest of the Christmas spirit, I tried the headphones out to make sure they are ok. The sound was quite nice. A set that I tried on at the store seemed to have a sound that was a little more impressive (not sure if this model is the one I tried). The 770 that I got will be satisfying. Since it was a gift I will start using them on Christmas day. That's when the real test will begin.Price is right and sound for a 73 year old man is just fine.

Great little machine
I am only giving it 4 stars because it is not waterproof and does not come with a storage box. It just includes a flimsy cloth bag to store it. The headphones itself are great. Quality is amazing and i am very happy with it. It has some really good features and the battery life is great

I love these headphones. They may not be the best headphones on the market but they are the best headphones I’ve ever owned. The sound quality is impeccable and the noise cancelling is perfect. I don’t know how you would improve on these headphones to make them better.
