volume dial spins with no change
garbage. absolute waste of money. the 2 volume dials for chat and game are seemingly mixed with one another. the dials dont stop spinning . there is just a beep that tells you whrn youve reached the "end." Its bad enough that it seriously interupts gameplay. Sadly i am past the return window and i am stuck with it. i forgot how bad turtlebeach can be.

CONNECTIVITY ISSUE
i didn’t pay attention to the other reviews before purchasing…. i purchased this headset two days ago and the usb “ wireless “ usb receiver that you plug into the pc stopped working. i’m annoyed ngl because these brands put no real money into the product and sell it to us consumers for 3x’s the price.

Great but doesnt last long
I’ve had two of these. My current one is only 3 months old and is already experiencing serious connectivity issues. My last one lasted less than a year. I loved it so much I was hoping it was just a one off issue and that’s why I bought the second. It’s really comfortable and the noise cancellation for both the user and parties on the other side is amazing, but it’s not worth it if it’s going to keep breaking less than a year in…or just after three months in at this rate. My husband has one as well that’s about 6 months old that’s experiencing the same issues.

Like the gen 2 sooo much better
Terrible wish they kept the separate volume keys for volume and headset seperate like the last models the chat mixer I don't like can't never get a even balance for me and I can't hear people walking around me on these headphones no matter what settings I try even with the super sonic hearing I can't hear at all or it's so low where I still can't hear anything.

You can’t get better headset for this price tag
Amazing headset from turtle beach. I previously had roccat air 7. 1 and had to finally upgrade, naturally turtle beach was the right choice. They are comfortable, connects instantly ( which is a huge plus) and the sound is really good. The price is resonable for the product. I recommend this!

We now have 2 of these headsets and trying to connect them both is an absolute nightmare! They connect to the wrong one. We have 3 gamers in this household and we all play on x box which is becoming annoying trying to connect the headsets is taking around 15 mins each time.
