Microphone will not work for the Switch console
Bought this for my niece for Christmas 2025. I got it to use on the Nintendo Switch which beware, the mic does not work for the Switch. We did everything possible that we could do to try to get it to work. We followed all the instructions from multiple sources of trying to get the problem resolved, nothing worked. So we went back to the store and we exchanged it for another one. It did the exact same thing. Also we tried this headset on two separate Switch’s with the exact same outcome. I used my Steel Series headset and my Turtle Beech headset and those worked flawlessly on the switch. Save your money and skip this headset. I even was on an online chat with Razor and they didn’t want to believe that they actually made a faulty product that wouldn’t work on the Switch. So they were no help at all. From the experience I had and interaction with their customer service I will never be purchasing a Razor product again. Stay with Steel Series or Turtle Beech so you can avoid this trouble.

Earpad issue
Had it less than a day and the ear pad fell off and won’t go back on. From what I’ve looked at trying to find if I can fix it, I can’t and replacement pads may not work with this model.
