A: I've had one of these lamps for probably close to 7 years at this point and it's only now starting to give out. Since it's an LED instead of a light bulb, it lasts longer.

Disappointing Shopping Experience - From Purchase to Pick Up
I ordered this for online pickup but when I went to retrieve my purchase it was the wrong item and the associate at the pickup terminal was unhelpful. However, after I was sent to go source the correct item myself by said associate, a floor associate proved to be extremely helpful and assisted me in looking for my intended item, even going as far as checking the inventory in the back. Alas, the store was ultimately out of the item that I ordered so I blame my experience on inventory discrepancies between online stock and what's actually available in-store.
