Light not turning on
Great lamp, fits perfectly with my desk although my roomate and I both ran into issues with this lamp when we tried to turn it on and we had a little bit of static electricity on our hands. The lamps both shocked us and now wont turn on. There is a malfunction with the on and off button when it comes to dealing with static.

Short lifespan like a month or two is what you can expect. I've bought two and they both did the same.
This stopped working after a little over a month and I have a second one that did the exact same thing do not buy this if it actually worked for a decent amount of time for instance, a year would be sufficient at least I’ve never have had a lamp stop working on me ever in my life, so I’m not sure how long the light should work but more than this time there’s obviously a defect and it’s a good design as far as the idea, but it doesn’t work

before ordering, I asked if the neck of the lamp was flexible and coild bend as I was buying for a small space. AI said yes, that the neck bends. Truth in that there is a bend/curve in the neck of the lamp. But the neck is not flexible. You cannot bend it to shape to fit a space. I ordered for drive up and did not realize this until my hubby brought it home. it is way too tall for our space. we will be returning.

While it lasted I did enjoy it, but it's been less than a year in the touch feature has died. Now it sits there useless except as a pencil holder. I'm glad I kept my old model with a click to turn on the light. Fancy junk that's going to die on you so that you have to buy another one.

I have ordered two so far and both arrived cracked in multiple places. not so noticable with the light off. I think it's the shipping. They ship without much padding and the box is light which I think gets thrown around in transit. I am going to try one more time because my daughter likes the design.
