Q: if you accidently mess uo the cord, how do you go about replacing JUST the cord?

A: If you go to the brightech website they have many cord options. I would contact them instead of having to replace the whole lamp.

Bumass lamp
It was so flimsy and dysfunctional I couldn't even get it assembled. At first only the bottom stick would light up unless I squeezed that one and the next one together as hard as I could and the top stick wouldn't light at all. Then as I'm doing that the cord broke. The metal end came right out of the charger. Great. I try another cord that is the same type. It doesn't work. 55 dollars mind you. I hate it here

Worst purchase ever. Better off buying a light fixture and smart bulbs or some smart LED strips for this price point. The light isn’t bright at all (advertised as a floor lamp) When upright it’s crooked and very flimsy. The other features are nothing but gimmicks. If your desperate and need RGB manual lights that can barely light a small bedroom with TWO of these then go for it. Otherwise spend the $50 elsewhere (Goovee products and Philips Hue)

Very Cheap Quality, Dissapointed
I bought this $40.00 color changing floor lamp thinking it would be good. After hooking it up, I instantly knew to return it. The lights itself and the remote are cheap, do not expect decent lighting. This may be adequate for kids, but even then I bet it wouldn't last long. You're better off spending an extra $10-20 getting Govvee lights from amazon with better customization and brightness. This feels like quality that you would get from like five-below. Honestly very dissapointed in Room Essentials for greenlighting this product.

It fits in a small room or office space but not for a bedroom or larger space. I liked the color options as shown.While assembling it I noticed a lot of sloppy soldering which leads me to believe it would fail relatively soon if kept awhile. This is not worth $40. Do not purchase.

Faulty programming
The control doesn't seem to work, the one attached to the lamp itself definitely does not work, as evidence that neither turn it off or on, not all the lights turn on, and clicking all the buttons just makes it keep displaying random flashing mixed colors. Really disappointing for the price.
