The cleaning efficiency on this is great, however I misunderstood when buying the product that it’s great overall use is for a deeper clean after already cleaning up the soiled area. So if you were to sweep or vacuum & then use this it would be perfect! It is recommended to do that first but when first getting it I didn’t realize & cleaned up for the use of a 3 in 1- which still worked wonders to my surprise after learning! But to keep its life long I plan on doing it the correct way. This is a powerful vacuum, I love the light that’s on it to make sure you get every little bit! I have all LVP hardwood flooring in my house & on top of being nice & clean it quickly dried as well!

Addicted to having clean floors now
My floors feel so clean after using this, I’m honestly kind of grossed out how dirty they were and we didn’t even know. Very easy to use, picks up dog hair without batting an eye (we have a corgi who sheds), and is easy to maneuver. It would be nice if both sides of the head had the close up clearance (only the right side does) and it needs a cord minder to hold the cord near the handle while using it (I kept dropping the cord and hanging to bend down to pick it up)…so far no deal breakers and I would 100% recommend.

Awesome vac mop if you have pets!
Cleans tile floors really good and gets up pet hair as well. I usually dry dust the floors before mopping but I’ve used the cross wave twice and gets more grime than regular mopping and sweeping.

Was an amazing buy and then....
It’s worked great the first two times and then… with the third use it starts to squirt water. I emptied the dirty tank as suggested in the manual (also normal if full there is a change in the sound with the machine and there was no change). I then added more water to the clean tank. Before I could start it again water continued to follow and increase the amount coming out. I checked the manual and it said to ensure that the lid was on correctly and it was. No matter what I did it was not working. So disappointed.

Big upgrade
I threw away my 5 yr old Bissell crosswave ( the purple pet one ) bc it just moved around dirty water puddles despite me cleaning / unclogging and replacing parts to try and fix it. I read a lot of reviews and was thinking of trying another brand but nothing seemed to beat Bissell, so I opted to give them another try. I didn’t want something with a ton of features I didn’t need, I just wanted an efficient cleaner that would help with our small townhouse with 3 cats and 1 dog. Right out of the box this thing was impressive. It’s heavier than my last one but that makes it feel sturdier, the light on the front is incredibly bright and helps you see fur and dust . It doesn’t have the trigger like my last one, it has continuous stream of water/ fluid but it never seemed like too much. This does great along edges, which my last one never did …. And the self cleaning feature is pretty great! Love not having to fill a little cup with water and pour it in and tilt it back etc.It also seems like the parts are easier to clean - like the brush roll cover that sucks up the junk, it has some bigger openings I could really easily flush out with water to get rid of hair and fur. I know there are fancier models, but this one feels like an upgrade to me and I am hopeful that I will have better luck with it lasting longer.

Definate improvement
This is a lot lighter than previous models. Instead of having narrow passage for dirt to go through, it has a much larger hose. If your problem with the original was constant clogging , you need to get this one.

Cleans so much better than expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not expecting to love this as much as I do. I have been using a battery operated mop and thought ot was cleaning my floors quite well. I got this out to try it and was blown away with how well it works. The water was so nasty when I finished. I will definitely be using this regularly. Since it cleaned so well in the tile floor I thought I would clean the memory foam crawling rug we have for the little ones to crawl around on. Turns out what I thought was clean was beyond nasty. I only thought I was cleaning. As for the machine itself, it is lightweight, easy to use, and I love the storage holder. It was not hard to figure out how to work although make sure to turn it over and remove the cardboard as I didn't realize that the cardboard was soaking up all the cleaning solution and I was worried it didn't work. Remove the cardboard and voila, it works great. I can't say enough positive things about this little cleaner. It is awesome.

Powerful practical and great design touches
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Obviously the main things here, the suction, the ability to see and clean quickly are the most important and this machine does really well at that. For a solid sized vacuum, it still feels compact, easy to pack away, and the build feels sturdy without being bulky. I especially appreciated the light at the bottom, which makes it much easier to see dirt and crumbs in dim corners or under furniture. The big circular brush roller inside feels like the heart of the machine, and it really helps lift debris effectively. In terms of performance, I tested it on my favorite, the cat litter box area and it smashed, it performed really well. It's not super easy to get into corners but it still does a great job. If you want a powerful, plug-in cleaner that’s designed with thoughtful touches, the CrossWave EdgeFind is a great option.

Deep clean like Ive never seen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a mix of tiled bathroom and hardwood floors--the Crosswave did a VERY deep clean. You can see all the dirt and gunk get sucked up into the tank as proof! It picked up sand in the bathroom after a beach day and crumbs under the counters and drawers in the kitchen after a day of kids grabbing snacks and generally making a mess of my kitchen! Even when I thought my floors were pretty clean, after I used the crosswise, I could see that it grabbed even more dirt out of the nooks and grooves. One note: We're in a small-ish apartment, and it was tricky to navigate around the toilet and in some smaller areas--so we couldn't really utilize the "edge" cleaning function and it's a bit heavy if you are walking up and down stairs with it. But if you want to really deep clean, this worked excellently!

Perfect for Cleaning Up After Baby Mealtimes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since my baby started solids, the floor under the high chair has become a constant mess—think banana smears, puffs everywhere, and mystery stickiness. The CrossWave Edge has totally changed how I clean. It vacuums and washes at the same time, which saves so much time and effort during already chaotic mealtimes. I love how easy it is to use—just fill the tank, press a button, and go. It’s lightweight, intuitive, and the self-cleaning feature is a huge plus. But the best part? It actually cleans right up to the baseboards and gets all those hard-to-reach crumbs and splatters. I no longer have to get down on my hands and knees with a rag after every meal. What I was expecting

It’s my first wet/dry vac and it did what I thought it would do, and eliminated a few chores per week from my normal cleaning routine. I typically use a broom to sweep several times a day, then vacuum and then use a basic mop with disposable pads every other day. I used this instead of a vacuum and now I only need to use either a real mop or a mop with disposable pads every 1-2 weeks (I have 4 small kids). This machine vacuums perfectly and I love how it works on my big area rug. I think it’s the cleanest it’s ever been. It doesn’t clean up hard or dried on spills super well because you can’t push down hard and muscle it like a mop, but I wasn’t expecting it to. Would be cool though. The machine was perfectly user friendly and all the directions you need are on a card that came on it. It’s easy to clean the dirty water tank, and it’s filthy when I clean it so I know the machine is working. It’s pretty loud so I need to use it when my kids are awake. The chord is long enough I can do a whole floor of my house with it plugged in in one spot, the tray it comes with to store it is one of my favorite parts because it doesn’t drip anywhere. I also LOVED how it gets right up to the edge when cleaning and sucking up crumbs. In that capacity, it’s more impressive than my very expensive stick vacuum. I’m excited to have incorporated this machine into my cleaning.

Squeaky clean right to the edge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CrossWave EdgeFind is a super easy to use floor cleaning machine! I was able to get a super clean kitchen floor in minutes. Between cat litter, tracked dirt, and kitchen spills the EdgeFine made cleaning up the mess so quick. I feel less put out by having to prep the mop and bucket that it doesn’t feel tedious. I was able to get right up to the edge of the cabinets and walls so you I didn’t have to go back over with a standard mop. The CrossWave is really quick to get up and running with pretty easy to follow instructions. I appreciate the slim design and small storage footprint it has. My favorite feature was definitely the ability to clean area and bath rugs - so much easier and less wear/tear on washing machines for bath mats and such. Also, the solids strainer in the dirty water reservoir was super nice. Lastly, the self cleaning feature was handy and keeps the roller brush fresh for much longer! Would recommend!

Great multifunctional vacuum

Clean up easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My current cleaning routine are three to four different cleaning devices. Two vacuums, one spray mop and a broom. With my kids including a toddler constantly eating at our counters (over hardwood floors) and throwing food on the ground which then gets on carpet I was getting so frustrated. I need something that can do more. Also, the spray mop would only surface clean the sticky mess but wouldn’t get the dirt up. That being said this item was the best thing for my needs. It cleans up the mess but it also cleans deeper than that. My floor is covered in eggs, yogurt, cereal and other foods which is cleaned up perfectly. We’ve cleaned up spilled paint even. I didn’t need to pull out my other cleaning supplies. The item cleaned right against my kitchen island as well right to the edge. It is small enough it can fit in my utility closet just fine and isn’t a normal bulky looking vacuum. While it just looks like a simple vacuum or mop it can do much more than just that. My only downside is I wish it looked a little sleeker or could be cordless but those two things would not stop me from buying myself or my family one of these.

saving grace for a house with kids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a solid little vacuum! I love that it isn’t heavy or bulky. I felt that the steering was a little stiff but that might be because I’m used to a self propelled vacuum. They said this cleans to the edge and they weren’t lying! I used to have to sweep all the edges before I used my previous wet dry vac, but not with this one. I really am happy with this feature as it saved so much time. I also have 2 kids and a dog and having the ability to sweep, mop, vacuum both hardwood and my rugs is a game changer. I did notice however that when using the carpet/rug setting, there is still water coming out which I did not expect. I feel like that can’t be good for rugs, right? And this vacuum is very easy to clean, so big plus for that. Overall, very happy with this product. We are moving on from our old vac from another brand and sticking with this one!

It can vacuum and mop simultaneously, and it has a 24-hour drying period before it can be used again. It's also easy to empty and glides smoothly across the floor. However, I do have one issue: the suction power. It isn’t as strong as I expected, and it tends to miss a lot of debris. The built-in light is helpful for spotting areas I've overlooked. I've learned to sweep first to ensure the floor is reasonably clean before using the Crosswave, and then I use it to maintain the floor until my next sweeping session, which happens frequently with three kids around, a kitten, and a dog. I love the stand that comes with it, and the mopping process is straightforward. Overall, it's a nice product, but I would rate it as just average.

Im Close to the Edge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a full time working mom of 3 so I'm always close to the edge ;) But this Bissel CrossWave EdgeFind gets my floors clean to the edge ( as close as can be without using a mop and bucket)! It has really made cleaning my floors a breeze for regular cleans but also made spills and messes easier too. Cereal bowl tipped over walking to the table? No problem! Dog not feeling great and threw up? Handled. This machine is perfect for my hardwood and tiled floors. It's not ideal for our rooms with large area rugs due to the roller style but those are primarily only our sleep spaces. The design is relatively slim and unobtrusive. Cleaning the dirty tank is a little challenging but as long as your thorough and use hot water and some good cleaner, it's probably going to do the trick. Overall, I would recommend this for basic housekeeping.

I have used other cleaners and the cords are way too short and they fall out of the wall. The machine was very easy to put together. I loved that my grandchildren could help me with it. After they ate, I cleaned up after them. They had some juice on the floor that I had the hardest time getting cleaned up but now that I have the CrossWave® EdgeFind™ it is a simple task. I love how well it fits in the corner, it’s out of the way but can also be pulled out super quickly in a pinch. My cleaning routine is so much more enjoyable now. I don’t dread getting down and getting all of those hard to reach spots. There are so many great features on this machine, I think I would choose the fact that it’s so easy to use. I would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow has this made clean ups through the days a breeze! As a mom of three under 4, this has helped me tremendously with house upkeep. Especially getting underneath the toddler table after meals, or for regular messes through the day the kids tend to make. I use it for quick cleans and then at the end of the day house reset until it on the entire downstairs. Waking up to clean sparkling floors feels SO good. A quick clean every week on all the area rugs has made my house smell and feel fresher as well. Rainy day dog paw tracks in the house? Not anymore. A few swivels around with the baby in my arms is so easy and is such a feature I can’t live without now. I usually leave it plugged in next to the dock and grab and go through the day. Then at the end of the night I run the self clean, rinse the dirty tank and leave everything to dry for next day put together. Overall, I highly recommend!
