We are sorry to hear that this design change has caused unintended dripping when using the product. We appreciate your feedback, and our team is currently evaluating solutions to fix the issue. In the meantime, we'd recommend any of the following solutions: Rinse the cap after every use before placing back onto the bottle. Throw the cap into the wash before placing back onto the bottle. Don’t forget to remove the cap from your laundry before putting clothes into the dryer! No matter which option you choose, make sure to hand-dry the cap thoroughly before putting back on your bottle & as always be sure to keep your laundry products out of the reach of children! A: Thank you for your interest in our Liquid Free + Clear Detergent. Seventh Generation has formulated all of our laundry detergents to work in High Efficiency (HE) washing machines. These products are formulated to work in both standard and HE machines using the same dosage directions. Our HE formulated laundry detergents can be used in all home washing machines and laundromats. When you see a blue oval symbol with "HE" in the lower right front of the package you will know that it can be used in your HE machine. If the HE symbol is not on the package, it should not be used in HE machines. We hope this helps!
