If present, use a piece of cloth moistened with alcohol solution or an eraser to clean them. 2. Ensure that the cable and the slot of the dock are properly connected. 3. Push the cable head into the slot at the bottom of the dock very hard to ensure a secure connection. 4. Press and hold the power button for more than 10 seconds to shut the device down and then restart it. If the issue persists, please contact our Roborock support team.

All around over complicated.
I have the other auto vacuum and love it, this one was really bad. Delivered assembled incorrectly and we had to correct, had to shove handle in and couldn’t remove. The vacuum function barely worked, mop function decent, but then removing and emptying water tank was near impossible. All around overcomplicated. Spend the extra money and get the better Roborock model.

Game changer for our house. I've had the mop/vac for a few months now and we use it almost daily. We have 7 people in our home and with lots of foot traffic. It has significantly helped in keeping our hardwoods nice and clean!!

Would NOT recommend for mopping
I have been using the Tineco mopping vacuum and it quit working so I purchased this based on our robovac and we were happy with it. Well I opened the package set it all up let it charge and used it.... it does not mop as well as the tineco. I'm impressed with the vacuuming feature, however the mopping feature needs to be improved. Floors are still dirty after two mopping sessions. Not to mention the batter life is horrible compared to the tineco. Needless to say I will be returning this product tomorrow and shopping around for a better product.

Waste of money.
Waste of money. Changed the roller on it and it just stopped working the same. Now when I put it in self cleaning mode the water is leaking out of it and I’ve been taking the roller on and off several times and it’s still doing it and the instruction Manuel isn’t helpful.

roborock F25 RT Vacuum MopI just bought this item, and I couldn't be happier with it! It was quite straightforward to use right out of the box; there was no need to set anything up or lift anything heavy. It is quite light, which is one of the best things about it. I can easily carry it around the home and move it around without breaking a sweat, even up and down the stairs. The self-propelled feature is what really makes this product stand out. It almost moves on its own, which makes cleaning easy and even a little fun! This is quite beneficial when you have to cover a lot of ground or work on different types of floors. The ability to clean and dry itself is another great feature. It saves a lot of time and makes the whole maintenance procedure easy. You don't have to bother about cleaning up after each use because the machine does it for you, which maintains it working well over time. The product is of high quality overall. It feels like every part is well-made and will last. It doesn't feel cheap or weak at all. The features are not only beneficial, but they also work well together, which makes it a good mix of new ideas and old ones. Effortless Dry/Wet Cleaning with the Roborock F25 ACE
This all-in-one mop/vacuum is a game changer. Right out of the box, it was super easy to put together, took me about 5 minutes. The best part is how it vacuums and mops at the same time. With furry friends and kids, there's always something to clean up for me. This thing handle it all with strong suction, from spilled juice to muddy paw prints, in just one pass. It's been a lifesaver for quick spot cleans before the end of the day. It just rolls so easy across hardwood floors.Don’t have to push hard at all. The head turns very smoothly, so getting around table legs and along the baseboards are easy. It really gets right up to the edge like the description says. The roller doesn’t tangle at all. The self-cleaning dock is another great feature. After cleaning, it cleans the mop with hot water and dries with hot air. It's a bit loud, kind of like my robot vacuum when it empties, but I leave it in the bathroom with door closed for about 15-20 minutes, so it don't bother me. The roller feels completely dry at the end. If you're thinking about getting a wet dry vac, this one is highly recommend.

I have yet to use the replacement roller but it is good quality and everything came well packaged. It's so clean so I'm not sure how soon I will need to even replace it. Also the cleaning fluid lasts a long time so really don't need to order that too often either. This vacuum is a lifesaver.

Great Machine!
This machine is smaller than I was expecting, but it does a very nice job of cleaning our vinyl tile floors. It is intuitive to use. It pulls itself along so it doesn't take much effort to push and pull it. It does the job of vacuuming and cleaning at the same time. Our floors are much cleaner now than when we were just using a microfiber mop. Cleaning and drying is easy. Just empty the tanks and let them dry when it's done. There is nothing that I dislike about this cleaner. I wish I would have purchased this long ago!

A Gamechanger
I love the Roborock F25. I have used it twice on my tile flors and it does a fantastic job of cleaning. No need to sweep before mopping. The F25 does it in one go. With a few passes, my F25 got out a stubborn stain with little effort. The self cleaning mode is great but a bit loud. The F25 is a gamechanger in my book. Clean floors with little effort.

I didn’t think I’d love it. But I love it.
Absolutely fantastic! I had heard about how good these were, and got into this one feeling like it may just be a “just in case” kind of cleaning luxury. But honestly, this thing is a beast at cleaning up messes, and it’s so easy to use that I don’t hesitate to grab it. The self cleaning base is something that I cannot live without now, and it actually WORKS. And WORKS WELL. Worth the price!

A great product I’ve been waiting for many years!
Received the product today and was so excited that I assembled everything right away to mop my living room and kitchen, it took so little time and so little water to do everything!! I was done in 10 minutes and ready to continue with other chores! The app also is so weak thought out! Only wish there was a suction mode only!
