this does not produce strong steam, it spits water, I only fille it up with the cup provide up to the water line with the cup provided but it didn't work effectively at all, I returned to Target but they denied the refund, not sure why I am still waiting for an answer from manageme, I was told by someone on the phone that it was because the unit was "used" which is the only way you would know it doesn't work so I am waiting to get some additional feedback since now I do not have the steamer or a refund

Not Hot Enough for Cleaning
Not sure if it was defective or just not powerful. It would get hot enough to steam and spray water but the water spraying out of the nozzle was lukewarm and was not hot enough to help with the cleaning process. It was definitely hot when I poured out the water and could tell the unit was heating up, but as it came out it was basically acting a glorified spray bottle.

This was clearly designed by men that have never cleaned a thing in their life. Its weirdly shaped and no hold tigger so you hand hurts after like 5 minutes. I dont think the power is that strong either. I suggest they just make a better model and charge more money. I have $20 garmet steamers that get hotter than this.

This has been amazing when trying to deep clean spots in my house! My shower needed some TLC and nothing that I was using seem to work without feeling like I was getting a huge arm workout. This made cleaning the shower and the grout so easy and fast. It is kind of annoying that if I want to add more water because I ran out I do have to wait a while but other than that and the tank not being that big, this is a great product.

For Small Spots/Areas Only
This is extremely effective for cleaning small areas and does an excellent job. Personally I'm going to spend the extra money to get a professional grade unit. This unit doesn't hold a lot of water, you need to give it numerous breaks for it to heat back up, it should have a on/off switch and they need to figure out the balancing issue when the hose is attached. When the hose is attached the unit wants to fall over because there is not enough weight to the machine and thr only way to turn the unit on and off is the physical plug itself, which is inconvenient.
