Doesnt even work
I bought this item with high hopes but was sorely disappointed. It keeps telling me to “fill the clean water tank” even though it’s already full. When I contacted the Dreame customer support team they told me that it’s an issue with the items hardware and I would have to physically send it off for repair. I am not going to send off an item I’ve never even gotten to use for repairs so I will be returning it to the store.

I love that this wet/dry vacuum cleans well and I can clean dirty water and roller without touching anything. The one draw back I have you have to remember to check when cleaning is over. There’s no end signal. If you forget to discard the dirty water you get an awful odor. So far I’ve been able to remember by the end of the day but I had to learn the hard way. I like the way it cleans so much that I bought one for my daughter and my daughter in law. They couldn’t believe had well it cleans with just water either.

This machine is more like a nightmare. Had for 3 weeks and returned. Tried it in multiple scenarios. I have a 1,000sqft hard floor home. 2 dogs that shed. No kids. Main cleaning issue is dog hair, dust bunnies & dirty paw prints/leaves tracked in. This machine cannot handle any amount/type of hair what so ever. It isn’t rated for pets so I still kept it and gave it more chances. I would vacuum my hard floors with my Dyson before using this. The moment it hits a dust bunny a small amount of hair, or leaves, it chokes. The run time is only 30min and my house is not big. Within that 30min time frame, I would have to stop 2-3 times and use the brush tool to clear very minimal amounts of gunk and debris out of it. After doing a quick vacuum of my home. I couldn’t make it 10-12 minutes without the automated voice saying the roller is dirty/clogged and to return to the dock to clean it. IF I was able to make it through most of the session without having to stop to clean the machine from a clogged roller (only pulling out a quarter size worth of hair/dust clump), then the clean water tank would run empty before the battery so I’d have to stop to refill that before finishing. Between all of the above, it did not save me time. In fact, I think it was just as much if not more work than a traditional vaccum and mop. My swifer and steam mop pads EASILY pick up more hair / dust than this machine. For 1/3 of the price. Not to mention it’s gross digging wet dust and hair out of a machine crevice when just doing a 20min mop session. The ONLY thing this machine has going for it & primary reason I purchased and tried SO hard to make it work… is the roller drying. Otherwise, If you have dust, hair, or pets or a house bigger than 1k sqft this not for you lol.

Horrible product, horrible company
Broke in less than a year. Dreame said to send it in for repairs. When they sent it back to me, it was packaged incredibly poorly and the vac was broken. I was told to refuse the delivery, so I did. Dreame then gave me the run around. Never claimed the package so I had no way of getting it back then refused to refund. Felt like a complete scam. Save your money.

I’m not usually a review-writer, but I’ve wanted a mop/vacuum combo for YEARS and finally got this one a couple days ago. My floors haven’t been mopped in several months because I have two small children and can never find the time to vacuum/sweep the floors THEN mop. So my floors have months worth of dirt on them. The past couple of days, I’ve actually been excited to mop thanks to this machine. I do thoroughly rinse the dirty water compartment and do the full self clean & dry every time I use it. The dry cycle says it takes about an hour, but I find it’s usually done in much less time. The dry cycle sounds like a quiet hairdryer and my husband hates it, but I don’t mind the sound much. It’s an equivalent annoying-level of a dishwasher noise, in my opinion. The machine kind of self-propels, which I appreciate! So far I’ve only put filtered water in there (no cleaner) and it’s made SUCH a difference, even with just water. I’m only a couple of days in but so far I LOVE IT!!!
