RELAXIUM SleepQuick Melt Tablets - 100ct: Drug-Free, Sugar-Free, 10mg Melatonin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Relaxium SleepQuick Melts for my mom when she was recovering from a broken kneecap and had trouble sleeping through the night. She took it abt 15-20' before bedtime, and it seemed to help her relax and sleep much better. She was able to stay asleep overnight and usually woke up later in the morning, around 9-10 am. Plus, the strawberry flavor was pleasant and easy to take, which made it more convenient than regular pills. According to her experience, she did not notice any side effects.

I fall asleep faster, and do not wake up groggy. The packaging is appealing and clear with easy instructions. My 10 year old daughter and I both love these!

So as a first time user, I would say that it is very mild relaxing pill that does not turn your need for sleep into something that you can’t control. I took first half a pill and then one. Both of these were good. The ingredients are non addictive and it is so good for such a product. Mild berry flavor makes it easy to melt it in your mouth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested out Relaxium melts, courtesy of Influenster. The tablets smell really good. I could smell berries as soon as I opened the bottle. The taste of the quick melts wasn't so pleasant. It was like a faint berry taste with a hint of a chemical/medicinal taste. The tablet is very small in size and it doesn't take too long to dissolve. I began to get drowsy within 25-30 minutes after the tablet fully dissolved. I like that these melts get the job done, but I'm not particularly a fan of the taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not sure how to feel about the product. 10mg is a lot for melatonin so keep that in mind. Melatonin doesn’t put you to sleep but is supposed to aid you in better sleep (from what I understand). I still wake during the night when I take this but when I do sleep, it seems sounder. With that, I don’t get enough hours of sleep to warrant the large dose. I could stay in bed all day when I take this (and happily sleep) but life doesn’t allow for that with 3 teenagers at home. Let it dissolve under your tongue. If you chew it, it has a bitter taste but the taste is fine as it slowly dissolves. It’s great if you really need to knock out here and there but again, make it on a night where you get many hours of sleep. .

It's easy to take, gentle on the stomach, and fits perfectly into my daily routine. I feel more balanced and relaxed since using it. Highly recommend this supplement.

I like the texture because it's half a dozen, it's not exactly a pill, and I like how versatile it is. It has a perfect balance, meaning it's not cloying and doesn't taste medicinal. However, it should be kept away from children. I like it because it helps me sleep; I can rest better before going to work the next day.But I have no complaints about this product; it lives up to its claims and promises.

I like that you only need to take 1 pill, and that it melts in your mouth when you take it. The only thing was the bitter aftertaste. As soon as it melts the flavor is very strong. Despite the taste I did get some decent sleep that night so does what it promises. Instead of letting it dissolve next time I'll just swallow it to avoid the taste. There are no special instructions on how to store it so, I placed it in my night stand.
