Buyer Beware-caused heart palpitations!
I typically buy Natrure Made brand magnesium glycinate but they were out so I tried the target brand. I noticed while laying in bed at night I was having heart palpitations and the only thing I had changed was these target brand magnesium. I stopped taking them and changed back to Nature made and it stopped. If I could rate these a zero I would!

Concerning ingredients
The ingredients are concerning. Rice, gelatin and silica then the other two. Should only have a vegeterian coating and that’s it… used two whole bottles and my twitching hasn’t gone away, nor my visual disturbances like my neuro had mentioned. The pills are large. Take with meals and break it out to not hurt your liver/kidneys. For the price that is probably why it is ineffective. Will try another company with healthier ingredients.
