Do not work.
I bought these to test them out, having experience with many different types of melatonin that were mostly negative. But these, these take the cake for the worst. Everytime I took these, I would wake up between the hours of three and seven in the morning, not rested, still exhausted and yet somehow restless, leading to me tossing and turning until I went back to sleep to wake up again every hour. These also made me so unbelievably nauseous that while being restless and tossing and turning, it made me feel like I was minutes away from throwing up. Don't buy these.

Okay, so i have tried literally unisom, zzzquil, Tylenol pm, the goli sleep gummies, and i am constantly woken up. I had an upcoming trip in nyc and im already sensitive sleep wise. I need a sleep mask, the fan, usually one of the sleep aids mentioned above, and even then, i can be kept awake at night. I kept hearing about this brand and finally decided to try it (this is non incentivized and i bought them with my own $$), and i was SHOCKED. I didn’t need to take a prescription sleep aid i am prescribed for especially hard to fall asleep nights, just 2 of these gummies. I am floored. I don’t want to jinx myself, but i will continue to keep my prescription sleep aid, but the Lemme Sleep gummies are the only non prescription gummies that have helped me. I went by the reviews, and that was my first mistake. I intentionally bought the smaller size to test it out. I had one on Friday night, and I didn't sleep one minute. The product sped up my heartbeat. I felt like I had drank two energy drinks. I do not recommend this product.
