Coffee is brewed quickly compared to our previous coffee maker. The light reminds us of when we need to clean the coffee maker and the features of the frother are an added bonus.

I received this coffee maker last Christmas (2024) as a gift and LOVED it…until it just stopped working today. Unfortunately, I’m just outside of the year warranty. I swore off Keurigs after my last one stopped working right before I got this one. I tell everyone about how much better the ninja works, the flavor is SO much better than Keurig, which just tastes like plastic to me. I’m still giving it 3 stars for the flavor but I’m so disappointed that it stopped working today because I really loved this coffee maker :(

I purchased my coffee maker last year and I love it. I've never had a problem with my coffee maker. I love the color, the slender design and the temperature of the water that come out is just right. Sorry to hear ohter ppl have had problems but this product I will recommend.

We just received this as a Christmas gift. The iced coffee option is fantastic and I love how everything stores on-board. Rhe coffee has a little better flavor than from my Keurig as it seems to flow through slower, giving it time to steep a little. The only complaint we have so far is that it does not make the correct amount of coffee chosen......ex. if I pick 12 ounces, I only get 10.

I got this last Christmas. It has been wonderful. Would not trade it for anything except maybe an upgraded ninja.

Always getting coffee grinds in my cup. Every second brew. Really annoying. Returning.

I ordered this item online and it shipped to me used (coffee grounds still inside machine). I took it in to the store to exchange and my new one leaks tons of water out of the bottom. Don’t want to exchange again so unfortunately will be returning. After reading more reviews, it seems like lots of these coffee makers leak.

I’ve had this machine for about a year and half now and I love it. I switch between the pods and using grounds weekly. When using grounds, I do add a 2-cup paper filter in the basket. I also use the 18 oz. brew into a 20 oz. stainless steel tumbler that I use as my “pot.” I’m the only one in the house that drinks coffee so it’s perfect for me. When using pods, I never have an issue. I have only used Starbucks or Green Mountain brands so I can’t speak for others. The frother is a nice feature to have and easy to use. And I use the measuring spoon to scoop my ground coffee, it’s convenient to have it on the side of the machine. I also like the built in storage for the adapters.

Love the machine, however it blows up the kcups everytime we use the kcup. We have to cut open the kcups and pour them in the filter part of it to use the Kcups. It is almost like it is missing something for the machine.

My machine worked perfectly for the first 12 months. It’s been a little over a year since I purchased it and ever since a few weeks ago, I find water leaking from underneath the base of the machine. It doesn’t happen every single time I use it, but approx once a week. I don’t understand why water leaks from the bottom. I am passed my return window. I originally would give it 5 stars, but now 2 (or even 1) due to having issues with it after just one year. These things should work just fine for a few years at least.

Very user friendly and simple controls. Anyone could use this and it takes up little counter space. The built-in frothed is a plus as well.

My partner bought this for me last year for Christmas. I have had to reorder the basket a few times because this part keeps rusting. I use to love using this for my coffee. I love ninja I have their blender and a pressure cooker and was looking into their air fryer but might have to hold off. It’s very easy to use and I love the frother, works well when I want a macchiato. curious if anyone else has had this issue, and if ninja has addressed this.

We Love this machine Best Ever, we bought this for xmas last year and it's the Best! We also received a Cuisinart coffee maker for a present and it's awful doesn't stay warm while we drink our coffee all day...our Ninja coffee machine we bought 4yrs ago is wearing out but still stays warm on the burner so we use it for our KEEP warm burner, Not buying a Cuisinart again! NOPE! Only Ninja! Thank you Ninja! Sorry I didn't know you had a Coffee maker And a Pod or I woulda got it! But I only need a coffee pot backup next cause we drink a lot of coffee cause you make it Good!!!
