A: Unfortunately, I purchased this machine based on the answer provided that it is compatible with the original Nespresso pods. However, it will only work with K-Cup style and not Nespresso pods.

A: The Cuisinart coffeemaker SS-15 does include an Auto Start feature; however, this function applies to the carafe side only. Using the Function Knob, the following options are available: PROG: Select this setting to program the Auto On time. The coffeemaker can be set to automatically begin brewing up to 24 hours in advance. AUTO ON: Select this option to automatically start brewing coffee at the programmed time. AUTO OFF: Select this setting to program the coffeemaker to automatically shut off the Keep Warm mode up to 4 hours after brewing is complete. Please note that these programmable Auto Start functions are not available on the single-serve side of the unit.

A: On the carafe side of the SS-15 coffeemaker brews coffee at temperatures between 191°F and 198°F, which is within the optimal range for proper coffee extraction. After brewing is complete, the coffeemaker’s Keep Warm function maintains the coffee at a serving temperature suitable for enjoyment. This feature can be programmed to keep the coffee hot for up to 4 hours, after which the unit will automatically shut off for safety and energy efficiency.

To keep or return,thats is the question??
The system is ok,tanks are in a odd place making it hard to fill it up.my main complaint is the pod side even on the largest cup size it’s not much more than the smaller amount , maybe returning it,

Paid $149 for a machine that I've had nothing but problems with. First, the design of the lid to the water holder doesn't open far enough to empty all of the water. Then, the single side "clean" light came on. Cleaned it as instructed, light never went off- no big deal. Used the pot side for the 3rd time, burning plastic smell, smoke coming out of it...shut it off, unplugged it. Had someone look at it. System issues and it burned up!! I love Cuisinart but no more!!

I'd leave zero stars if I could. Ordered this machine 12/2. Came in 12/5 damaged by FedEx. Started the return online and received a printed barcode via target to return. Returned the item as instructed on 12/5 ( Same day as received ) via UPS. Have been checking on return status daily since 12/5. Logged in to account on 12/19 to check since the new item has still not been received. Only to find the entire previous order as well as the return has been wiped from my purchase history. Tried chatting with Target online only to be told there is nothing on the account. I have the origianly order number and proof of purchase in my email but when they enter the order number- they find nothing. Calling the customer support number next. Save yourself the trouble and purchase anything from anyone else.

Decent coffee machine. The pour on the carafe is a bit odd so makes it hard to empty all the water or coffee out. The water holder on the carafe side is at an odd angle to not spill water all over. Should have been removable like the kcup side

Christmas gift-coffee maker
This review is about how this coffee maker was sent. I was not allowed to ship for store pick up nor were there any left in store locally. The box was in its original pkg and was damaged. It is a gift. I'm very disappointed. I hope it works!
