Amazing system for the price
I got this on sale for $167 during Cyber Monday. This thing is a beast on what I've tested it on so far, makes amazing smoothies, salsas, and shredded cheese. I can't speak to the longevity yet but for a mid range cost blender system it has all the features that most people need. It's not as powerful and doesn't have the bells and whistles like making soup like a Vitamix but it does a solid job. Cleaning tip that I got from a chef, clean blender jug directly after each use by rinsing out contents and using a tiny amount dish soap and water, put back on base, turn blender on low/pulse, rinse it out after, air dry it, remove and clean your gaskets weekly. Using a dishwasher is unnecessary and you can't use the heat dry option in the dishwasher anyway according to the manual.

Waste and worst Ninja Blender
Worst Blender I had bought in my life stopped working after 12 months used only for making smoothies and when I call ninja they said the warranty expired in 12 months never again I m going to put my $200 to buy this kind of item

This is my second ninja blender - but the best of the two. The bullet blender makes the most perfect margaritas while the other 2 have shredded lbs and lbs of cheese and blended gallons of salsa and enchilada sauce. This is the best blend system ive ever had. Works so quickly and everything is done to perfection

It's a dream compared to my cheap old blender! We make lots of smoothies and it's so nice to just turn it on and walk away because it knows when to shut off. And we now have true SMOOTHIE'S, no more ice chunks. LOVE it!

My previous Ninja system “disappeared “ from my house after I moved and and was having work done. I decided to upgrade and have been really happy with this one. My only complaint is that the attachments are not dishwasher safe like my previous one. I don’t really understand Ninja’s reasoning behind this.

Very disappointed
My kids bought this product for their mother for Mother’s Day. Less than a year the lid seal was completely coming off which was causing the blender to stop during its cycle…. The container itself was cracking This was purchased through a retailer

Caution
I absolutely love this set, but I was unaware that the plastic gasket on the food processor collects mold and needs to be removed and cleaned. I bought this back in November 2024 and only found this out today in August 2025. When I search for replacement gaskets so I can’t find any.! I attacked a lot of the replacement stuff is showing out of stock.

Thought long and hard before I made the switch from and much more expensive blending kitchen system, since it was still working. I am so glad I finally hit the purchase button! It's an incredible machine. Very powerful and very "intelligent". I have managed to use all of it functions and accessories and have found it to perform on all levels. The suction cups, although necessary, can be difficult to dislodge. However, I discovered storing it on a placemat keeps it convenient and easy to move around. The main unit has a permanent place on my counter and I seem to be using it daily, especially during these summer months.

Disappointing
I've been a big Ninja fan for some time, but I recently bought the Ninja Kitchen System and so far I've been quite disappointed with it. My previous blender runs rings around it, for things like smoothies and blending soup. I actually bought it because of the grating blade, but I've even found that a disappointment. It doesn't grate. It turns stuff into pulp which it splashes all over the sides of the jug. It just doesn't do the job at all. I do like the wide bottomed jug, which makes for easy cleaning. But, apart from that, I haven't found much to like about it.
