Blender works fine. Until you need customer support. I would go out of my way to pay another company and buy another company more money than to support this trash brand ever again.

I have been though many, many blenders, and this one is the best one yet. I love the sticky feet that keep it locked in place on the counter while it's on, making it feel not as top-heavy as most blenders. The "EXTRACT" button makes blending a smoothie automatic; push it and walk away, and the blender does the rest, shutting down when done. And if you want just a small drink blended, there's the tumbler with handle that works with the screw-on small blades. I've had it just a couple of months, but I'm ready to declare it the best..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time to use something from nutribullet,and will not be the last it is durable and gives me very good extraction, very easy to maintain, and has a high performance, and the operation makes it easy to use , also very good size so you can store it easy , also it is really high quality. Love it.

The only thing I didn't like is that Target sent the package in a way that made its contents visible. It's very easy for the package to be stolen since you can clearly see what was purchased.

I often have my extended family over, and the 64oz pitcher is perfect for making drinks for everyone. I also like to go to the gym, and now I can use the smaller cup with an included to-go lid to whip up a smoothie on my way. This blender is well-made and durable. The setup was easy and took only a few minutes. I love the extract feature where you can press it, and it will blend whatever I have in there to the perfect consistency. The smoothies are smooth, shakes are creamy, and I can't wait to try more recipes from the included recipe book. This is high quality, so it will last for years and would also make for a wonderful gift. The best part for me is that my kids absolutely love it.

I was so excited to get this because now it means my husband and kids can make their protein drinks and smoothies in this and not use my Ninja blender anymore lol We we are loving this blender so much!!!!!!! Do not buy this blender, but more importantly, do not buy any product from Nutribullet, Magic Bullet, or anything else offered by the holding company Capital Brands. This company is flagrantly not honoring its own warranty terms. I'll spare you the detailed accounting of my back-and-forth with the absolutely useless customer service team and just provide the following facts with you about my purchase of this item. Within 4 months of purchasing the blender, the blade gasket failed, causing fluid to leak out of the base of the blade while blending. I contacted Nutribullet, and per their own recorded determination, the blade gasket had failed. They told me they recommended replacing the blade every six months, despite it not even 4 months having passed at that point. They gave the oh-so-generous offer of me paying to have a replacement part shipped to me. But the caveat was that it was out of stock. This was nearly 3 months ago. They did not tell me when it would be back, they offered no recompense, and they said that I had to reach out to THEM to see if it was in stock. Yes, the multi-million dollar company couldn't even bother to inform me of when my fully-covered-by-warranty part would be available. As of today, I still have no replacement blade and Nutribullet has ceased responding to my ticket. They are completely ignoring me, even though I have it in writing that the product is covered under warranty, the fault isn't my own (it's a product defect), and that they will replace the defective part (at my expensive, mind you). Now here is the relevant detail pulled from Nutribullet's own warranty: "Repair or replacement of the product (or, if repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund of the purchase price) is the exclusive remedy of the consumer under this limited warranty." I have now had a defective product for almost half the time I have owned it. Nutribullet never offered anything other than replacement part, repair or refund wasn't suggested. When I pointed out that their own warranty says a refund of the purchase price should be offered if replacement is not feasible - and clearly they cannot replace the part as its been nearly 3 months - Nutribullet went silent and stopped speaking to me via email. I made a phone call hoping that maybe an actual intelligent human being would be available, and as soon as they got my existing ticket number they told me I needed to follow up via email and they couldn't assist me. So there is a conscious effort on Nutribullet's part to not deal with these types of complaints. And I do use "complaints" in the plural. If you look on other review sites (or even places like the BBB, where Nutribullet isn't actually accredited) you'll find dozens upon dozens of other people mentioning this exact same issue with the blade replacement. We're talking months, actual months, of the company being unable to uphold the terms of their warranty, yet they will happily sell you the complete system (inclusive of the blade which is apparently the Lost Ark in the Nutribullet warehouses). I have filed a complaint against Nutribullet with my state's attorney general, I am also looking into other remedies, though in the current anti-consumer world in which we live I doubt I'll find any recourse. So I am instead writing this review in the hopes that at least one person sees it and decides to not to give this company any of their hard earned money.

This is a well made blender. It has some unique features like the extract that will blend whole ingredients to the correct consistency, I haven’t tried it yet but I think it will help with my smoothie or protein shakes. I also like that is it Dishwasher safe with the exception of the base. The only drawback was a plastic pitcher vs. glass. I looked a long time to try to find a glass one but wasn’t priced out of my range. This would make an excellent Wedding Gift or Housewarming present as I feel like it could last a long time, if taken care of. I hope I didn’t just jinx it! It is very powerful with different settings.

NOT worth the star your forced to give it . i bought mine june 4 because i had to have Jaw surgery it started smoking so i ran the machine out side , i was making a milk shake ice crem milk and peanut butter. call the company they say its the picture not the base that was smoking heavy i mean i thought it was on fire . so they are sending me base but if i use old picture with new base no warrenty and 6 weeks a picture so i bought a cheap blender fredys now they sending the base but canceled the picture so im out of a machine because they had me trash the machine i had .
