The blender jar is tiny, meant for 1 maybe 2 people. Only really good if you want to make smoothies since it doesn't offer many other options, the twisti part is pretty gimmicky. It was returned primarily due to its limited options and small size.

Will not last. Stay away!
Bought it a couple of months ago and it's already coming to its end. The trigger nubs in the cup are being chewed up by the vibrations and the holes where the trigger nubs go are also getting mangled. Now it won't run unless I hold the cup in a perfect spot. Shame... I have a bunch of Ninja products and this is the first one that feels wasn't tested probably. I'll look into to warranty but I really don't want another one of these, it'll just die in a few months too.

Pro I like the travel mugs it comes with. It’s blends very well and turns itself off which is neat. Con It is a very loud blender. Like cause hearing loss loud! the knob on the lid holds a lot of grim so you need to make sure to open the plug with washing it. Unfortunately the knob on the lid broke after less than a year and the large blender is no longer usable. Cost to replace the lid alone in 40% of the entire blender, more with shipping. I also thought the blender would be better if it was glass rather than plastic which wears out faster.

I wanted to like this but, first off the lid has all these small holes in it so when you wash it all the dish water goes inside and doesn't all come out. Second it really grinds all the frozen fruit up really good but the machine makes the smoothie very warm and third it's so beyond loud.

Piece of junk
After one year of occasional use, the blade assembly began leaking brown fluid. Neither Ninja nor Target would replace the leaking part, so I had to throw it away. Very frustrating.

Works great but cleaning issue with rubber gasket
I bought this blender a few months ago. I noticed after some use that there was something left on the cup after washing. The screw part with the blades. I researched it & there is a rubber gasket & it gets dirty & you need to clean it out. How come it’s not listed in the manual as a part? I noticed mold on it too. How come you can’t order it? This is a consumer compliance issue.

Great but not reliable
I bought it two months ago and it’s already broken, we didn’t drop it or anything. We use it everyday to make our breakfast smoothies and it’s great I’m just disappointed that It broke so fast!

Nice blender, hard to clean inner blade lining
Overall happy with the blender as is works well and the size is just what I needed. However I noticed that the inner lining on the blade attachment needs to be cleaned regularly as it traps gunk which can definitely mold/rot over time. I feel like this is something that should be highlighted as it’s something small that I’m sure most will overlook while cleaning their device. It’s pretty disgusting. Not sure what can be improved from a design standpoint as that lining probably needs to be there so there is no leakage. I had to remove the lining with a knife and pry it out with a fork. Even then it’s a hassle to clean and put back together every time. The crevice where the lining is is pretty deep so it’s hard to clean.

Do not buy MOLD galore
This blender is a molds breeding ground safe haven. I had for maybe 1 1/2-2 years used maybe 30 -50times if that during the 2 years and there’s mold in the top blade thing that you cannot clean and on the handle all the moisture goes in there which guess what you can’t open . Yay.

Very noisy
I’m not thought about this enough because it is very noisy for its speed and strong power. I can’t make smoothies while someone is resting. For me it’s not what I wanted. Good quality but too much potency, then, unbearable noise.

Poor Warranty
Broke 15 months after purchasing and warranty expired 3 months ago. Nothing has happened to it. It’s coming on just suddenly not blending anymore. We’ve used it every single day because our toddler has feeding issues and needs his food blended.

Small but powerful!
Love this product! One design flaw is that there are holes in the handle, seems logical to be there at the top and bottom so water flows in and all the way out. But why even allow water in there in the first place? I’ve had this for over 2 years now and I LOVE IT! It’s not so big on my counter and works better than more expensive models (mom and sister had other models). It’s this one thing. Over the years the water has left residue and well my pitcher is now older and scratched up so I thought I’d go online and replace it, problem solved…. Nope the pitcher is never in stock, can not find anywhere. Will keep trying because I do really like/recommend this product. If a pitcher with no holes come out, I’m all over it.
