A: The coil isn’t easily accessible, but you can wipe it with a damp cloth. To clean the main unit and control panel, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth as well. Please note: never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid, and do not place it in a dishwasher.

The best air fryer I ever had!
I used to have a bulky air fryer with a pullout basket that was so difficult to clean and the non-stick lining was starting to peel. After doing some research and coming across the Ninja Crispi Pro, I decided to purchase as it looked easy to use and clean. It is now my favourite appliance in our house! So easy to use and I love how the Crispi Pro option lets you customize the temperature. The non-toxic glass bowls were a huge factor in purchasing and they are so easy to clean! It might take a couple trial and error runs to understand the cooking temperature/time, but it is great that the package includes a booklet with recipes and a long list of recommended cooking times for different food items such as meat, vegetables, frozen foods etc. I also love that because it is a glass bowl, you can monitor how your food is cooking to make sure nothing is getting overcooked/burnt. 10/10 recommend!

WORST DELIVERY EVER
I received a photo of the delivery which was not at my door. Order was left outside the gate away from my building in the dark on the ground. I have had all of my orders delivered to my door which is what I pay for.. Don’t expect customers to pay for something that they did not receive because you guys believe the person that so called delivered packages to the wrong address. THE WORST DELIVERY EVER!

Broke after 2 uses. The 2.5 quart isn’t recognized anymore so it gives a add pot error. 5 quart switch works fine. But these parts should not break so easily.

This is a big piece of crap. I regret buying and will keep using this until it breaks, which won't be long because my Shark vac didn't last a year. Call me bitter but I will never purchase another Shark product. You can not use this properly, it is a big pain.

Nice but Lacks a Piece
I recently purchased the Crispi Pro. I am still in the learning curve.Negative is that it is not possible to cook more than 2 things like pork chops or 2 grilled cheese at one time. OK for me since we are a senior couple with only 2 people in the home. My big disappointment is that it does not come with the middle size bowl. I would pay more to get all 3 bowls. If there is a position for it on the Crispi, then it should be part of the Crispi, especially since they are impossible to find to buy. So I am only giving 3 stars since I feel the product is not complete as sold.

Great.....unless you have dogs
PROS: cooks great, easy to clean, small footprint on counter. CONS: beeps so loud and obnoxious it terrifies my dog who associates the sound with danger (its very similar to a smoke detector beep). Why this is made like this is beyond me. I have other cooking appliances that have normal beeps (sound level and tone) and do not bother my dog at all. This is a very unfortunate flaw for what should be an absolutely great product. There is no way to silence or change the beep that occurs when cooking starts and stops. If you need to toss or flip food, you get the same loud obnoxious beep.

Easy to clean. Easy to operate.
I struggled with the traditional air fryer before. The grease woild be hard to removed and the smell of metal and food would linger for a long time. However, Ninja Pro, with its glass baskets, is easier to manage and I feel that my food cooks nicely.
