A: You can find the compatible 4-quart bowl by searching for “Ninja Crispi FN101 4-quart bowl”, as it works with the Ninja Crispi Pro AS101DG. If you’re unable to locate one, please reach out to Ninja Customer Support at 1-800-365-0135 (Mon–Fri: 9 AM–9 PM ET | Sat: 9 AM–6 PM ET).
submitted bySharkNinja Product Expert - 2 months agoBrand expertA: called Ninja customer service. He said the FN series 4 QT glass container will not fit the Ninja Crispi PRO. He said they are sold out of the 4 QT glass containers for the PRO, so he was unable to give me the model number I needed…good grief, I am confused.

Q: Why is there a “california prop 65 warning” at the bottom of the box when this is advertised as “nontoxic”?
A: We're required by law in the State of California to include the Prop 65 Warning. We include the warning in abundance of caution and to comply with the California warning mandate. The mere presence of even one of over 900 chemicals requires this warning. Where it's not feasible to test for every single chemical, we're including the label with all of our products. Please rest assured that all products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Q: What is the difference between a ninja crispi and a ninja air fryer?
A: There isn’t much difference between the two, as they offer similar functions and temperature ranges. However, the Crispi® Pro is more portable than our traditional air fryers, that’s the main distinction.

Q: How do you clean the coil my last air fryer the coil got so greasy it caught on fire
A: The coil isn’t easily accessible, but you can wipe it with a damp cloth. To clean the main unit and control panel, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth as well. Please note: never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid, and do not place it in a dishwasher.

Q: Can you toast things? Ex: bagels?
A: Great question! The Ninja Crispi Pro AS10DG is designed for air frying, baking, roasting, and more, but it does not function as a traditional toaster. While you can crisp and warm bagels or bread using the air fry or bake settings, it won’t give you the same quick, even toasting as a dedicated toaster.
