This product was opened, returned, and had missing things. If you’re going to take returns and put it on the shelf please Discount it. There was also hair in it and you can tell it was resealed with the tape work. The product itself is fine, buy it from somewhere else other than here. Why am I paying full price for an opened product?

Fake item item. It will stop working within 2-3 months and they’ll tell you that you’re past the warranty for a refund or replacement. DO NOT BUY. Can’t live without a Ninja in my life.
I bought one for my grandson and he and his buddies absolutely love it. So I am buying a second one for his Dad. I already have the air fryer function in my Ninja Foodi and I love it. In fact I have many of your Ninja kitchen appliances and I love and use at least one of them several times a day. And that’s my coffeemaker. Plus the blender is used daily for smoothies. I have a Ninja home that there is a ninja used in every room daily. Love every single product I have and have no problems with any of them. Even replacement parts are quick and painless to order.

Item was shipped with no outside box. The original box was torn exposing the contents of the air fryer. Hopefully when it’s gifted at Christmas all of the parts are inside and it’s not damaged.
