A: Not all cooking methods allow you to go that high.

A: Unlike other machines, you have to select which type of cooking you want first (air fry, bake, roast, reheat, or dehydrate). Then you can adjust the temperature, and set the time. Mine only goes up to 400. Hope this helps. If not you may have a defective machine.

A: The Dualzone lets you adjust the temperature manually using the TEMP ▲/▼ buttons after selecting a cooking function.

A: May sound odd, but check if you are using cooking spray. I found if you use a soybean based cooking spray it emits an odd smell. Took me a long time to figure it out. Canola oil based spray is ok.

A: I always place a wooden cutting board underneath mine when it’s in use…just to make sure the counter doesn’t get any marks.

A: No. Both of these require substantial amounts of water. Buy an instapot or another brand of pressure cooker for rice & beans.

A: This system does not have a rice or bean function. You can use the bake function in order to cook these items.

A: It has a button for each of those..

A: The function used will depend on how you would like the ingredients cooked. If you are looking to bake chicken you would use the bake function. If you wish to air fry your chicken you would use the air fry function.

A: The Ninja Foodi DZ201 air fryer uses ceramic non-stick coatings and BPA-free plastics, and it is free of PFAS, PFOA, PTFE, and Teflon.

A: Yes, you can cook burgers in the Ninja DZ201; but you're not technically grilling, you're air‑cooking them using the Broil or Air Fry modes.
