  • A: I read elsewhere that they weren't. A disappointment as I had previously gotten one but hadn't used it yet. I ALSO read that according to the directions, you are supposed to completely clean the inside, reach time you use it. Otherwise, grass can build up and cause a fire! Yikes! You might want to investigate that last bit further!

Oven stopped working

I am so disappointed in this product. I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas present. After less than 2 months it completely stopped working. I thought that while the price was good it was a Cuisinart and would last for awhile. It is just so disappointing.

Poor temperature control

This oven looks really nice and has helpful features, but it is way off on its temperature gauge. No matter what mode it's in, it cooks so intense and hot and the temperature you set it at is not accurate at all. Very hard to cook anything without either completely burning it, or it gets burnt on the inside and still uncooked on the inside. Would not recommend.

Avoid this at all costs

I purchased this toaster oven a few years ago and have regretted the decision since the day I purchased it. There is just so much wrong with this, but by far the most frustrating is the fact that the temperature gauge is a big LIAR. You *think* you're setting it to 350 degrees, when in fact you're actually setting it to the temperature on the surface OF THE SUN. I've never seen food get burnt so quickly and cook so incorrectly in all my life. Nevermind the air-fry mode, which is worthless. We struggled to figure out the temperature for weeks after we got it and eventually, after so much money spent in burnt food, we gave up. Now we just use it to basically melt cheese on sandwiches and even that requires constant supervision the entire time - because one second it's just barely melted cheese and then you turn around and look back and now it's like hardened tar. I'm nothing if not the most stubborn person out there, so I refused to admit defeat for a long time with this. But it's been a few years now and even though I wasted several hundreds of dollars on this, I think I need to just replace it. Save yourself the hassle and the wasted money, LOOK ELSEWHERE. Honestly, ONLY giving it 2 stars because it's kinda cute and that's what drew my husband and me to it in the first place.
