Game Changer for Home Cooking
I absolutely love this air fryer. We’ve saved so much money by cooking at home instead of ordering takeout, and everything turns out great. Being able to actually see the food while it’s cooking is a game changer—the glass dishes make it so easy to keep an eye on everything. Leftovers reheat perfectly, too. The dishes are dishwasher safe, which makes cleanup so easy. I love it so much that I’ve bought four of them in the last month for myself and as gifts. Highly recommend!!

Ninja has the best products! A big win!
I have had air fryers before and just didn’t love the products. Especially the cleaning of the components. This is a game changer. The dishes go into the dishwasher and it’s simple to use. Have had it for 1 week and have had seafood plates, whole chicken with vegetables and just snack pizza rolls , mozzarella sticks etc. just love it. Ninja makes the best products hands down!!

Baking
After googling to find out if it made Scallop potatoes I found a reviewer saying it can using the bake function for 25 minutes. This is not possible. I tried the bake function 5 times and potatoes still are not cooked. The top burns during the baking.

From day one the item doesn’t work. The pot sensor won’t recognize when it’s the proper place. Garbage.

The best air fryer I ever had!
I used to have a bulky air fryer with a pullout basket that was so difficult to clean and the non-stick lining was starting to peel. After doing some research and coming across the Ninja Crispi Pro, I decided to purchase as it looked easy to use and clean. It is now my favourite appliance in our house! So easy to use and I love how the Crispi Pro option lets you customize the temperature. The non-toxic glass bowls were a huge factor in purchasing and they are so easy to clean! It might take a couple trial and error runs to understand the cooking temperature/time, but it is great that the package includes a booklet with recipes and a long list of recommended cooking times for different food items such as meat, vegetables, frozen foods etc. I also love that because it is a glass bowl, you can monitor how your food is cooking to make sure nothing is getting overcooked/burnt. 10/10 recommend!

WORST DELIVERY EVER
I received a photo of the delivery which was not at my door. Order was left outside the gate away from my building in the dark on the ground. I have had all of my orders delivered to my door which is what I pay for.. Don’t expect customers to pay for something that they did not receive because you guys believe the person that so called delivered packages to the wrong address. THE WORST DELIVERY EVER!

Broke after 2 uses
Broke after 2 uses. The 2.5 quart isn’t recognized anymore so it gives a add pot error. 5 quart switch works fine. But these parts should not break so easily.

I love it. It is so much more than most air friers. Crispy chicken, baked bacon wrapped pork loin, baked potatoes, sweet too. And it looks good on my stove and does not take up too much space. Would highly recommend.
