The padding for the ear came completely off and I can’t get them back on. It looks as if they were attached with some sort of adhesive. This is totally unacceptable.

received a package today that was supposed to contain two items. When the box arrived, it was partially open, and only one item (a pair of headphones) was inside. The second item was missing. I contacted customer service and was told I would hear back in 5–7 business days. This delay is unacceptable, as I placed this order specifically so my children would receive their items before Christmas. This issue occurred during shipping or handling, and I expect an immediate resolution. I am requesting either: • A replacement for the missing item sent as soon as possible, or • A full refund for the missing item Please escalate this matter and respond promptly.
