    My JBL speaker is awesome.

    I love my JBL speaker. It's easy to just pick up and go, it looks great, it's rugged, and it sounds really good with a good clear sound. It's just as loud as a bigger speaker but it is more portable. The battery lasts for hours too. Well worth getting.

    Cute for a couple of days

    Bought the pink mini speaker bc I wanted quality sound and I thought it was cute. 2 days after having the speaker, the L from the JBL logo began to peel off. Seems like a quality sound engineering company like JBL could have figured they would need a stronger epoxy to affix silicone to metal. Sounds great, however dont pay extra for a "cute one" because they don't stay cute for very long.

    This one likes to turn itself off... ALWAYS

    I have the JBL GO 4. It's cute, portable, but turns itself off CONSTANTLY. Even when I have it charging, it still turns itself off. This happens when it's connected to any platform: Spotify, Apple Music, music on my phone... It doesn't matter. It turns itself off, disconnects the Bluetooth, and I have to restart what I'm listening to and then reconnect the speaker. Totally defeats the point of having a speaker.

If the issue persists, please perform a factory reset by holding the Play/Pause and + buttons simultaneously for more than 2 seconds.     Battery does not hold charge

    I had an older model of this speaker that was great. Lasted like 3 years with moderate use. I’ve had the new one for 4 months, and it only holds a charge for about 30 minutes of play. Unfortunately the battery didn’t degrade until the return window had expired, so this was just a huge waste.

    It’s a nice speaker, decent sound quality and it’s portability makes it easy to carry around. However, the description claims that the battery can last for 7 hours of playtime, which is a load of baloney. It can hardly break an hour and a half before dying, even when fully charged. Overall, a decent speaker, but I gave it two stars due to the false advertisement.

    Happy Couple

    It’s great for the money! If you want a tiny speaker for a room it gives the feel of a “big sound” & is quite loud for its size. Worth every penny. Ps. Admittedly I prefer the JBL SRX 815P as use them in ballrooms etc. for work as “tops” because of a natural sound & can go crazy loud.
